Mobility Smart kept me updated, delivery was quick, and the whole process was painless — which is exactly how wheelchair parts should be! Huge thanks for the support and the smooth service. The charge you see is a direct pass-through of the cost set by our courier partners, and we don't make any profit on it. We constantly negotiate with different carriers to try and find the most competitive rates we can offer our customers. We do appreciate that these costs add up. To help offset this, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over £40 (excluding VAT). We hope this threshold is achievable and helps make your future orders more cost-effective. That is definitely not the standard of service we aim for, and we completely understand how frustrating it is to have an item arrive unexpectedly, especially a large one like a wheelchair. While we missed sending you the necessary tracking information from our end, please be assured that had you not been in, the courier would not have simply left the wheelchair outside. They would have used the provided contact information to reschedule or inform you of the missed delivery. We are reviewing our internal notification process immediately to ensure all customers receive timely tracking links and updates going forward.
