“The website was easy to negotiate even to a tech duffer like me. The item was preceded by messages saying when it would be delivered and on the delivery day I was given a time slot of when to expect it. It came in that time slot which was good as I live in a secured entry appartment building. I could, therefore, be downstairs to collect it.”

“I recently purchased a Ossenberg Comfort Fischer Handle Walking Stick from this company. It fully meets my current needs as the one provided by the hospital was painful when used for a period of time of 15 minutes or more. It has enabled me to spend more time out walking, which is important for my recovery.”

“I ordered grab rails from Mobility Smart. They are plastic coated with aluminium poles inside which gives them a strong and sturdy rust free construction. They were delivered in two days and were exactly what I needed. Easy to install and gives good confidence when going up the steps to the front door.”

“I found this company when searching for a spare part for my Drive Nitro walker. I found the product but could not fathom why a left hand grip replacement was sold for just over £9 while the right hand grip I wanted was almost £18 (that’s before P&P!). I contacted Mobility Smart to ask why the huge price difference- I was told there had been an error and the website was now corrected. Now both grips are under £7 each. Much less painful! Thanks for taking prompt action and fast dispatch.”
