Hi, I bought what I thought was a left hand mirror for my Drive royale 4 sport, the shipping and delivery time was very good 👍. Top marks for this 👌. The mirror turned out to be same configuration as the right hand one! Owing to the original one failing at the base connection point I had to fit it. But now have one mirror with shaped edge pointing up on the left and the original one on the right hand side pointing down. The moral of this is of whose perception and from what point is left and right, my point of view is from the seat of the vehicle, from the distributor point of view was the outside of the vehicle, so I have ordered a replacement right hand mirror only to find that it is out of stock and am now waiting for stock update.

We had been looking for a mobility aid to get in and out of the bath (don't like showers) and was put off by the cost and bathroom unheavel until we found the bath seat by mobility smart. We spent alot of time looking at reviews and videos to make sure that the purchase was the right one for us. Although the bath seat was a reasonable price we didn't want to purchase unless it was right. The ordering process was simple with communication via email at every step. Arrived within three days of purchase. The bath seat has been used twice now and although we are still getting used to it and the best way to use to sort our needs we are really pleasedwith it.

Disappointed, as the battery falls out when my scooter is folded up. Old battery always stays in. My husband has had to put a strap around to keep it in place.

A correctly fitted battery should remain locked in place even when the scooter is folded. Since your original battery fits perfectly, it’s very likely that the wrong battery model was selected during the order process. Even if they look similar, small differences in the casing or locking mechanism can prevent them from seating securely. We want to get this sorted so you can ditch the strap and travel safely. The walker is a bit cumbersome and does not fold easily for transportation.The handle slips down whilst using, I wish I had of paid more for a better quality

Very happy with the device as recommended by my Occupational Health professional but the various options on EBay/ Google etc. were confusing for me…….I went for the expensive choice figuring that must be the complete item, not spare parts

Ordering of the chair was easy and delivery very quick and efficient . You're customer service was also very helpful and quick to reply to a query. My only disappointment is that i was surprised to find that there were no brackets for the chair to be anchored to a wall. Also you do not sell any brackets or a cover for the chair . Fortunately i could purchase suitable brackets elsewhere and hopeful that another company can supply a suitable cover .
