This is a fantastic item for any wheelchair user. I have had a number of "wet weather poncho's" and all either aren't water proof, or so voluminous that they blow about in the wind again leaving you to get wet. This poncho is good quality material - totally weatherproof and has various features around that can ensure the poncho is secured to the wheelchair. For example, handle gaps, popper ties to secure front etc. I have used this constantly over the past 2 weeks in the rain and have always got home dry and warm. A great buy and enables me to get out even in the bad weather.

The walking stick was too tall for my mum, when I bought it, it never mentioned height. I assumed they are adjustable. Customer service is non existent. I tried to call the helpline to no avail. Looks like I will have to get another one from a different merchant

Hi, I bought what I thought was a left hand mirror for my Drive royale 4 sport, the shipping and delivery time was very good ๐Ÿ‘. Top marks for this ๐Ÿ‘Œ. The mirror turned out to be same configuration as the right hand one! Owing to the original one failing at the base connection point I had to fit it. But now have one mirror with shaped edge pointing up on the left and the original one on the right hand side pointing down. The moral of this is of whose perception and from what point is left and right, my point of view is from the seat of the vehicle, from the distributor point of view was the outside of the vehicle, so I have ordered a replacement right hand mirror only to find that it is out of stock and am now waiting for stock update.

We had been looking for a mobility aid to get in and out of the bath (don't like showers) and was put off by the cost and bathroom unheavel until we found the bath seat by mobility smart. We spent alot of time looking at reviews and videos to make sure that the purchase was the right one for us. Although the bath seat was a reasonable price we didn't want to purchase unless it was right. The ordering process was simple with communication via email at every step. Arrived within three days of purchase. The bath seat has been used twice now and although we are still getting used to it and the best way to use to sort our needs we are really pleasedwith it.
