“Can't fault them. Ordered some new walking sticks and they arrived promptly. Have ordered another item from them this week. Had a question first, the website submitted question was answered in full by email the next working day. Good service!”

“Brilliant service - bought walker for my eldery mother and the price was as good or better than elsewhere and the delivery first class and extremely rapid. She is now happily wandering around her care home and is rather proud of the shiny new contraption that allows her to do so - we opted for the Trust Care indoor rollator as she had a Trust Care Shop when she lived alone but the wheels on the indoor one are much better for carpet and the thing is much, much lighter and does the job perfect. Thanks to Mobilty Smart.”

“Purchased a new 10ah battery for my Drive Flex folding scooter. website easy to use, Battery was a good price and delivery was very quick. I did find a battery slightly cheaper but you don’t know the company that are supplying it. So I picked a reliable company who you can contact in case of any problems, and I am happy with the excellent service that Mobility Smart Provided Needless to say I am out mobile again. I will certainly use Mobillity Smart again”

“I ordered a battery charger for my powered chair on the May bank holiday weekend and as I needed it urgently requested urgent delivery.It arrived as quickly as was possible and was tracked so I knew when it would be delivered. The charger was of good quality with strong lead cables.”

“I was a little annoyed that I purchased a mobility battery, which I thought I would receive quickly, unfortunately once I had ordered and paid I was emailed to say it was out of stock. It would have been helpful if it had said out of stock on the website. Saying that staff were very quick at responding to my emails and kept me informed quickly once I had asked questions about the wait . I have now received it after a few weeks and once it was back in stock was quickly sent to me”
