Thank you for your review. Because all of our premium beds are completely made to order, they do take 4 to 6 weeks to be carefully crafted and prepared for transit. The initial phone call you received was just our team confirming your order details so everything is perfect for production. As soon as your bed is ready, our courier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery date and time that works for you. VERY LOW PAID £4750 FOR A TGA BREEZE 4 SCOOTER, HAD TO CHASE MOBILITY SMART AND THE MOBILITY NETWORK UP FOR A DELIVERY DATE, WITH MOBILITY SMART BLAMING TGA FOR LATE DELIVERY AFTER 14.4 MILES MILES THE SCOOTER SHOWED A MAJOR FAULT BATTERY LEVEL DISPLAY DROPPED FROM A FULL RECHARGE TO JUST 3 BARS OF CHARGE SHOWING ON DISPLAY CONTACTED MOBILITY SMART ON 24/6/2026 I WAS TOLD GIVE THE BATTERY A 24 HOUR CHARGE TO SEE IF THIS RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM NO JOY, MOBILITY SMART CONTACT ME NEXT DAY TO SEE IF THIS HAD WORKED WHICH IT HAD NOT, THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND A NEW CHARGER OUT FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY (which did happen) NEW CHARGER DID NOT RECTIFY THE PROBLEM, MONDAY 29/6/2026 MOBILITY PHONED TO SEE IF NEW CHARGER HAD WORKED AND I WAS TOLD BY SIMON IT WOULD HAVE TO BE REFERRED TO THE WORKSHOP DEPARTMENT, I DID NOT HEAR FROM WORKSHOP FOR ARRANGED REPAIR THAT DAY OR PART OF NEXT BUT AFTER A WHILE SIMON CONTACTED ME AGAIN 30/6/2026 SAYING THE REPAIR WOULD CARRIED OUT VIA THE MOBILITY NETWORK. HAVING HEARD NOTHING THE REST OF THAT DAY AND WELL INTO THE NEXT I EMAILED MOBILITY SMART EXPRESSING MY FRUSTRATION I RECIEVED A EMAIL THIS MORNING FRIDAY 3/7/2026 SAYING THEY WILL ARRANGE REPAIR, MOBILITY SMART ALSO EMAILED ABOUT THE REPAIR!!!!!!! WHY HAS IT TAKEN 5 DAYS FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY FOR SMART MOBILITY TO ARRANGE A REPAIR FROM MOBILITY NETWORK, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MONDAY!!!!!!!!, I AM HOUSEBOUND WITHOUT THE SCOOTER RECOVERING FROM A MAJOR ILLNESS AND THE SCOOTER WAS THE NEXT STAGE IN MY RECOVERY AT THE MOMENT I GOT £4750 SCOOTER I CANT USE BECAUSE I DONT KNOW THE STATE OF THE BATTERY AND STILL NO DATE WHEN THE REPAIR WILL BE CARRIED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!

We completely understand how vital this scooter is for your recovery and independence, and we truly care about getting you mobile again as quickly as possible. While we know any delay is incredibly difficult when you are housebound, we want to assure you that we have been working hard behind the scenes to resolve this. Complex technical faults do unfortunately take a little time to properly diagnose and coordinate between multiple departments. To clarify the timeline of our team's efforts to help: Wednesday, 24th June: You contacted us about the battery issue, and we spoke with you the exact same day to initiate troubleshooting by suggesting a 24-hour charge. Thursday, 25th June: We followed up with you the next day to see if it worked. When it hadn't, we immediately dispatched a new charger for next-day delivery. Monday, 29th June: We contacted you again to check the new charger. Wednesday, 1st July: Once we confirmed the charger didn't resolve the issue, we escalated the matter and asked our workshop engineers for technical advice. Thursday, 2nd July: Following the engineer's assessment, the engineer call-out was officially booked to inspect and repair your scooter. We are genuinely sorry for the communication gap and any anxiety this has caused during your recovery. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to resolve this for you as a priority. An update regarding the specific date and time for the engineer's arrival will be communicated to you directly. Thank you for your patience while we work to get this sorted. I bought an adapted knife and am extremely happy with it. My product arrived quickly and safely. The price was far cheaper than purchasing on Amazon. They would only permit me to purchase with a credit card ( but I don’t have one, just a debit card). Thankfully Mobility Smart allowed me to purchase using my debit card which I am most grateful for as my previous adapated knife (purchase many years ago from another company) had broken as was lost without it.
