“Having been let down by another supplier, I decided to make the 60 mile journey up the M6 to Barnacre to see what Mobility Smart had to offer in the way of mobility scooters. I had done plenty of research to determine what I thought was the most appropriate and suitable choice. In talking with the guys in the showroom it was suggested that there were better alternatives than the model I had in mind. Not only more suitable but much much cheaper. Customer service doesn't come any better than that. Very valuable practicle advice and recommendations. Scooter purchased. I would very highly recommend Mobility Smart for plentiful choice at good prices, with excellent advice and recommendations thrown in. Smart people go to Mobility Smart.”

“In general, the level of service that I received from MobilitySmart was excellent, but only after a slightly rocky start involving the online ordering - but which may not have been due to MobilitySmart. The inflatable bath cushion that I was trying to purchase was identified on the website very easily, and the ordering process went very well until I reached the actual purchase point. I entered all necessary details for myself and my credit card, and the purchase was authorised by my credit card company. So far so very good, but at this point, the process would not pass the robot tick box (presumably identifying traffic lights, pedestrian crossings etc.). I could not complete the purchase process, but on checking my credit card, I found that payment had been made. So I was concerned that having made a payment, I had no confirmation of a purchase having been made. This was a Saturday, and I was a little disappointed that I couldn't leave a message, and so had to wait until Monday morning - though I was given some reassurance by a presumably auto generated email being sent to me telling me that the product in my basket would be kept for me. Come Monday morning, things were resolved very quickly when I spoke first to Chris, and then to Tina, explaing my problem. Tina identified my purchased product in my basket, and the fact that I had paid, and had the product dispatched later that day, and it was delivered by DPD (another plus point) on the Tuesday, and very well packaged. Very pleased in the end.”

“Again, I returned to my favourite online shop, Mobility Smart to purchase my disability aids. This time I desperately needed to replace my old wedge car seat cushion. It was slightly different to my last one and was a deeper wedge with a coccyx cut out. My choice because of my worsening condition. I was a little unsure as to whether I’d ordered the right one but it was perfect for my needs! Ordering with Mobility Smart is easy, very straightforward and they have a helpline if you’re unsure or need advice on goods. I received my usual kind acknowledgment from them and a promise to get my order to me asap. As usual, they did! It arrived well packaged 2 days later and in perfect condition. It works amazingly well and my car journeys are much more comfortable. I’ve never even disappointed with any of my orders from them, such a relief to have peace of mind.
