“Easy to order and prompt delivery. I did ask a question, got an acknowledged saying I would receive an answer within 48 hours, however, I bought the item but I am still waiting for a response.”

“Great service, perching stool delivered really quickly within two working days. Only problem the box in which it came had a vile smell. It was so bad I had to take it outside as soon as I took item out. Did ring to let them know, maybe it was next to something in the delivery van, who knows. A mystery but no complaints about the Company. Would recommend 100%.”

“Excellent company to deal with. Ordered 5 toilet seat lids for existing toilet seat risers. Delivery was super quick. One toilet seat was missing clips and after a quick phone call they dispatched a new lid with hinges within a couple of days. Great to be able to have a company with staff you can talk to, and not have to go through an app!!”

“I visited the showroom yesterday seeking advice about a swivel bath chair for my elderly mother. The showroom was deserted, nobody at the desk, but two people sitting working in the office so I went to knock on the office door. The guy who came out was visibly annoyed at being "disturbed" and went on to be breathtakingly rude, patronising and sarcastic (eg when I was asking about how the swivel system worked he said "I already told you it rotates." Then with exaggerated slowness: "That means it turns in a circle" while drawing a circle in the air). He obviously had no interest in selling me anything, and after that experience I certainly wouldn't buy anything from them. I was just relieved I hadn't taken my Mum along to be insulted and belittled. I'm still quite shocked.”

“This is a fantastic item for any wheelchair user. I have had a number of "wet weather poncho's" and all either aren't water proof, or so voluminous that they blow about in the wind again leaving you to get wet. This poncho is good quality material - totally weatherproof and has various features around that can ensure the poncho is secured to the wheelchair. For example, handle gaps, popper ties to secure front etc. I have used this constantly over the past 2 weeks in the rain and have always got home dry and warm. A great buy and enables me to get out even in the bad weather.”

“The walking stick was too tall for my mum, when I bought it, it never mentioned height. I assumed they are adjustable. Customer service is non existent. I tried to call the helpline to no avail. Looks like I will have to get another one from a different merchant”
