Pricing was great compared to other sites. VAT option for disabled is really good but most importantly for me was the really quick delivery! Plus product is exactly as expected. Perfect all round!

i found mobility smart to be very helpful and i am very pleased with my bath chair it means i can go up and down into bath and it was so easy to install no drilling or mess up tonowi have had 8 baths and power chair has been perfect and stillon one charge which itself is so easy to do so iam very pleased sale and delivery was easy and prompt.

I ordered a mattress elevator and mattress stopper. The elevator arrived damaged and the stopper came without a strap so not very happy with the items although that may have been how they were despatched from their supplier ( aidapt). Mobility Smart arranged for a courier to collect the items and issued a refund without any problem. Sometimes it's how a company deals with an issue that defines them as good to deal with.

Found this company while researching a part I needed for a repair. Finding the part was easy and the accompanying image of the part ensured I was in the right place. I thought postage was a little dear for a small part, but saying that, it arrived quickly and well packaged. I've used this company twice now and is my go to place when I'm asked to fix my mother in law's mobility equipment.

I purchased the inflatable chair out of desperation. My husband was falling so frequently. My neighbour and I practiced with the Mangar when it arrived. We were delighted with the ease of the inflation. In the first nine days I used it six times to help get my husband up of the floor. My neighbour also used it when my husband fell and she was sitting for me. I cannot recommend the Mangar enough.

Godd delivery & service. But!! Haven't had item long & did notice when I received the quality of plastic arms & way they are puckered around edges is not good. And thought it wouldn't ladt long. Well after few wks later look what i found. Splits in arms already. You use these alot to get up & down. So 3 stars mainly for service. Item on own i would give 1 star.

We are, however, genuinely concerned and very sorry to read about the product itself. To see splits appearing in the arms after just a few weeks is completely unacceptable. As you rightly point out, those arms are critical for getting up and down, and they absolutely must be durable. This is definitely not the quality we stand for, and it sounds like a clear warranty issue.
