“I was looking for wheelchair for my husband to use to get to his side of the bed and found Ambulance chair from Mobility Smart website. It's perfect for tight space. The Order Process online is very quick and easy: very user friendly (no need to fill in too much info). Ordered around 1.40 pm on Monday 5 January 2026. Got the email confirmation of the order straight away. The following day, Tuesday, received the email that the parcel was dispatched and on the way. Also the courier -DHL also emailed to say they expect the parcel to come to their hub and will let me know when they are out for delivery. Next day, Wednesday, got the email & text from DHL stating time to deliver. And the Ambulance chair arrived around 1.30 pm. Very quick indeed! Very impressed with the service! And very fortunate too as the following day Storm Goretti arrived with strong winds and rain with the Met warning of danger to life!! With the subsequent snow and ice with travel disruption!! Very relieved customer! Thank you for speedy service.”

“My wife and I have recently downsized and our beautifuly new house has a staircase which has two right angles turns which we found tricky to negotiate when carrying things upstairs. So we bought two grab handles from Mobility Smart and they are perfect. Just in the place for engaging and comfortable to the hands.”

We looked into your order details and noted that your order was placed on the 6th of January after our business hours. Our team processed and shipped it the very next morning on the 7th, and tracking confirms it was delivered on the 8th. With a total turnaround time of approximately 24-48 hours, we feel we processed this as quickly as possible. As you didn't contact us directly to express any concerns before posting this, we would appreciate it if you would consider revising your review to reflect the actual service provided. “I chose Mobitity Smart following a previous positive experience, yet again they didn't. Disappoint communication was excellent I was in no doubt as to what was going on, delivery date was fixed followed with a phone to ensure access arrangements etc I I was confident of all the arrangements on the day I had a call confirming it was on its way followed by a text when he was closer. The gentleman delivering and assembling my purchase was courteous knowledgeable about the product, he was careful to remove all packaging. A throughly positive experience .”
