“I ordered a dynamometer from Mobility Smart. The price was good and the item shipped promptly. However, I have deducted one star because the instruction booklet that shipped with it was printed so small that I had to wear reading glasses OVER my contact lenses to read it. I was unable to find an electronic version online. I appreciate Mobility Smart probably just send what the manufacturer provides, but as a company focussed on mobility and accessibility I would expect them to be more aware of this serious issue.”

To be transparent, these rates are set directly by DHL based on weight and distance, and we don't add any surcharges to those fees. We provide the labels as a convenience, but you are always more than welcome to arrange your own collection with a carrier of your choice if you can find a more competitive rate. “I had a broken wheel on my wheelchair 2days before Christmas , I rang smart mobility at midday and orderd a new wheel which arrived the filling morning can’t thank them enough for the 1st class service would highly recommend them to anyone .”

“Great company. 4 stars awarded for their acceptance of my order and payment with expected delivery date. However the date was pushed back twice as they were waiting for new stock to arrive. However they were really on the ball to keep me informed once i had asked for updates. A pleasant company to deal with answering emails usually within an hour.”
