The watch is very good value except for the strap. I havecalready had to,purchase a new strap as the holding loop snapped

I have been a customer of "Mobility Smart" for a number of years now, I always find the web site easy to use, should I need further assistance, help or advce is only a phone call away. The purchases I make are for my wife who is registered disabled, "Mobility is one of the few companys I have found that make it really easy to get the entitled Vat reduction, Thanks to those concerned for a great service!

Wrong battery sent for our scooter. It should have been a lithium one! So our charger is not compatible. We have borrowed a charger from Modern Mobility locally after getting advice from them. To see if we can use this battery. Otherwise we will have to exchange it. Please contact us need a box to return!

The item you ordered is advertised as: "Genuine Pride GoGo Mobility Scooter battery box Fitted with 2 high quality sealed lead acid batteries." This product is specifically sold as a Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) battery assembly. If your scooter requires a lithium battery, a Sealed Lead Acid battery will not be compatible with your existing lithium charger, which explains the issue you are having. It appears that you made an error in ordering the incorrect battery chemistry (SLA instead of Lithium) for your specific scooter model's requirements. Quiet a good gadget. It's a bit small for some tablets that won't fit through the hole. Being so small it is slightly fiddly but it does work. Non slip piece on the bottom is good if you are sitting at a table.

Quality handrail with extra grips spaced out along its length this feature is very useful as we are using it horizontally. Fixing screws unseen with snap in cover.

Absolutely love this walking stick / grabber hybrid. It is a very sturdy walking stick and a fully functioning grabber in one. Bought it for my mother and she gets on with it brilliantly. I would like to recommend it highly but either way one point to note that could be a deal breaker for some, it it heavier than expected.

The bath mat I ordered and received is of a very nice quality. My partner Ann is now using it and has had no problems, so everything is fine. Bought for my husband. Found the back cushion a little bulky and quite hard to attach to the bath as the suction pads seem very wide apart.
