“Bought for my husband. Found the back cushion a little bulky and quite hard to attach to the bath as the suction pads seem very wide apart.”

The suction pads are intentionally wide to maximise safety and stability, but we apologise if this made the attachment difficult. “No problem with the delivery which was very quick indeed .The bath lowering chair very good for a person that can still get there legs over the bath and just needs the lowering and raising bit . The picture showed blue cushions on the sides as well as the middle I was only provided with one for the chair and not the sides as shown overall a much needed mobility aid. For me and my wife”

“I ordered a selection of exercise balls and a hand exerciser for my weak, arthritic hands. My physiotherapist said I needed to strengthen the muscles in my hands to support my the arthritic joints. I'm very pleased with my purchases and in a short time I'm already noticing an improvement in my hand strength and less sharp pains in my thumb.”

“I was recently looking for a table that would act as a over bed support. I saw a suitable item in the Mobility Smart website. The dimensions were listed but as the gap between the floor and the bottom of the divan bed was small I rang to see if they could tell me the height of the floor tube frame. The very helpfull member of staff couldn't answere the question at first but rang me back when someone had opened a package in the warehouse to check the measurements. That is the sort of service that i appreciate, needless to say I ordered the item and it arrived very quickly.”

“This was the first time I had ordered from Mobility Smart as the product I usually order from another company was out of stock and I was amazed by how quickly my order was delivered. I put in my order on a Thursday evening opting to pay for the slightly longer delivery rate. The delivery arrived before lunchtime on the Saturday. I will be ordering from Mobility Smart from now on.”
