“Order process and delivery of the seat was very quick and efficient. I was very surprised that the unit did not contain the screws, rawl plugs, or a template for drilling the tiles. I asked for advice on fitting the unit, which was answered very quickly, but totally unhelpfully.”

We apologize for the surprise about the missing components. We need to clarify that the exclusion of both the hardware and the template is due to critical safety and accessibility standards: Screws/Plugs: Are not provided as the wrong type may be dangerous depending on your wall material. Choosing the correct fastener is the customer's responsibility. Template: Is not provided because the installation height must be precisely set using a tape measure to ensure the correct height for the user's specific needs. We are profoundly sorry that when you asked for advice, our team answered "totally unhelpfully." This is unacceptable. If you are unable to fit this yourself, we strongly recommend seeking help from a local handyman. Thanks From The Mobility Smart Team

“The chair we ordered it turned out, was out of stock. But we were informed straight away and a substitute (same price) suggested, which we accepted. We received the chair the next day; yesterday a DIY friend installed it, no problems; and this morning my husband used it and pronounced it good. I can now get into the shower without having to manoeuvre stools, foot baths, shower mats out of the way first. So wins all round!”

Getting the replacement chair delivered the "next day" and installed with "no problems" is wonderful to hear. The best news is the double win: your husband "pronounced it good," and you can now get into the shower without the difficulty of "manoeuvring stools, foot baths, shower mats."
