“Delivery time was too far long.Spoke to customer service as soon as I’d realised as FedEx said they hadn’t got it yet and they said they’d try to recall the order, this didn’t happen, feed order was delivered a week later after I’d already had a delivery from someone else so I ended up paying over the odds with a high delivery charge for feed I didn’t need. Not impressed, won’t be using them again.”

“I returned I'll fitting boots. Emailed since 3 times. I've got proof they have my boots back. No reply to any email yet still send me feedback request emails and now I'm missing boots (useless) and £95 still getting 'hope your happy' emails. I'll only be happy when my money is returned. I'm going to have to go legal now Avoid. Don't recommend. Poor Comms poor customer service am shocked and out of pocket big time. This was meant to be a present can't give boots can't buy another. Shameful”

“I used the 'click and collect' service. Although the colleagues in store were lovely, I wouldn't rate this service. I didn't receive any notifications of how my order was getting on so after 8 days of not hearing anything I went into store to find out what was going on with my order to find out my money had been taken but the order hadn't gone through to be collected. So I had to wait another week for my item after the people in store placed it correctly for me. Staff lovely but the click n collect service not good!”

“Endlich habe ich einen seriösen und zuverlässigen Anbieter für Greyhound Trockenfutter gefunden. Leider gibt es für diese Hunderasse bei uns in Deutschland kein spezielles Futter zu kaufen. Hunderennen sind bei uns (zum Glück für diese wunderbaren Hunde) verboten. Deswegen ist der Greyhound hier nur sehr selten vertreten. Nach mehreren negativen Erfahrungen mit anderen Anbietern und Zoll- und Import Komplikationen hatte ich die Hoffnung schon fast aufgegeben. Dann bin ich über einen online-Marktplatz namens „Fruugo“ auf Millbry Hill aufmerksam geworden und habe dort bestellt. Der Einkauf wurde schnell und unkompliziert abgewickelt. Seither bestelle ich direkt bei Millbry Hill, ohne den Umweg über Fruugo. Ich bin sehr, sehr zufrieden und kann diesen Shop für Kunden aus Deutschland unbedingt empfehlen. Hoffentlich verschlechtern sich die Konditionen nach dem „Brexit“ zum Jahresende nicht, so dass es sich für mich auch zukünftig rentiert bei Millbry Hill Stammkunde zu bleiben.”
