“Bag of Fancy Feed layers pellets arrived with bag split and half the contents in the outer bag. The second bag ordered and received damaged. E mailed to advise Millbry but no response or acknowledgement. Realise it may have been fine on sending out but damaged in transit.”

I would like to reassure you that we would not send out a parcel damaged, it will have sadly happened in transit as the feed bags are paper and we then secure them in a hessian sack, if they arent handled correctly by the lifter then they can become damaged.
