“Very impressed with the service I received - one of the items wasn't available but I had an email asking whether I wanted to substitute with another item. Once I did this delivery was very quick.”

“Only giving one star as can't give zero. I bought jodhpurs and was initially happy with them, however, each time I wear them they cause a red rash on both lower legs. which I have never had before. I have gone back to my old pair and have no problem. I contacted Millbry Hill about this and they said there is nothing they can do. I had hoped to be able to get my money back. I have wasted £44 on jodhpurs which I am now unable to wear.”

I would just like to clarify that we had advised on the last email we had with you that we are more than happy to speak with the manufacturer and see if there is something they can advise as this isnt an issue we have faced before. If there is no clear manufacturing defect and its not the seams on the breeches, you havent changed your soap powder then is it not a possibility that you may be allergic to one of the materials they have used? “First time ordering but wont order again?? I ordered a Joules fine knit sweater. Item arrived with no inner wrapping to protect it and just seemed to have been thrown into a bag. When I took it from the postbag it was so creased I could not have worn it - had to be gently ironed before I even tried it on. Very disappointed and to be honest.... you can purchase Joules items from many stores so dont think I would use Millbry Hill again.”

“I ordered some cat food as Milbry Hill were selling it at a good price. The packaged arrived within a few days. Very pleased with the packaging and speed of delivery especially since we have previously ordered from another online shop connected to a well know supermarket and had no option for free delivery or standard delivery and still charged us almost £7 for next day delivery and didn’t arrive for over a week and the packaging was damaged! Will definitely order from this company again.”
