Hello Paul, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We dont always have the manufacturers packaging for all items. Some of our clothing is on rails in the store and there for cannot have any manufacturers packaging on it and is there for disposed of. Kind Regards, Laura

“Product ordered easily online. Arrived within days which was excellent, the only thing to let it down was the packaging. The item itself was not packaged. As it was nightwear there is a niggle that is a return. Which is not ideal”

“Excellent service, arrived when said, packaged well & our cat loves them. Great to be able to get bulk packs of one flavour as most cats are fussy & end up with flavours they won’t eat. Well done Millbry 😺”
