“I ordered a baby grow for a present but when I saw that delivery was £4.95, (which is quite expensive) I decided to order something for myself too to make it worthwhile. After a few days, I received an email to say that one of the products was out of stock. I appreciate that this can happen from time to time. I replied to the email and explained that really I felt that the delivery should be refunded as £4.95 on a £12.00 product was expensive and also for the inconvenience caused. The member of staff replied to the email but with no reference to this point. It was as though they had glossed over it and didn’t want to respond. Next time I’ll order from places who either respond to the email and address my point or offer free delivery. Many thanks”
