Hello Tina, Im very sorry to hear you had an issue with your delivery. So we can get a resolution to this for you, Could you please send me over an image of the damage to sales@millbryhill.co.uk. It is most likely that the feed bag has become damaged in transit. Our feed is stored in an internal warehouse so it would not have become damp whilst it was with ourselves, This again is more than likely down to the courier and how they have either left the parcel at your premises or how they have stored it whilst they have had it in their possession. “I ordered a 15kg bag of readigrass which was despatched by Fedex in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the bag had got quite damaged as wasn’t put in additional packaging. It was covered in brown tape to hold it together. It doesn’t look like a lot of the grass has been lost but obviously makes using it more tricky as bag is ripped.”
