“I have to rate 5 as i feel that you deliver excellent custmoer service however your chosen courier lets the process down. Twice now they have not delivered on the day that was alloted by themselves. Therefore i will have to return to equine superstore as their couriers always deliver on the day and provide better tracking options.”
