“The Dry animal food bin is of good quality is sturdy and keeps the food fresher. It is not however airtight. The convenience of its design allows for easy storage and can easily hold a 12kg bag of dry dog food. Millbry customer service was ok but lacking in keeping me informed of dispatch issues. After two phone calls to find out why my item had not arrived within the two day express serve window I was inform there were problems transferring my item from another branch to them. I was refunded my P & P and my item arrived a few days later. Packaging was far from good my item was dispatch in a thin cardboard box with now extra internal packaging to protect it from riggers of the parcel delivery network. Over all Millbury's service was fair. Dispatch/delivery poor, customer service fair, and Item good”
