“Millbry Hill are OK, but that is as far as I would go, the ordering process when I placed an order was fine but the delivery was totally unacceptable, having paid for next day delivery and the item not received I had to make 3 phone calls and had to inform the best way to get my parcel out - maybe Millbry Hill need to look further into their processes”

“I purchase the same rabbit food from millbry hill monthly, I have never had a problem with the ordering or the service that I have received. I'm always kept up to date with the delivery via emails and I am told when to expect my parcel, to be honest it usually comes quicker than stated. The only thing that does put my off slightly is the extortionate shopping charges, however I can't find the same food for cheaper anywhere else so I take the hit with the large shopping costs.”
