“I cannot praise the service enough for this company, as my order seemed to be a long time coming I emailed them for an update the reply came back that they had been in touch with the carrier who advised them that the goods were damage so they destroyed them but failed to inform their customer or me. Millbry Hill reacted quickly advising me why the delay and apologised, the following day I received a relacement order by express carrier at no cost to me, They pride themselves with good service and you cannot argue with that. Thank you.”
