Helpful Report

“Initially very good. Quick order system. Delivered when said it would be delivered. My only negative was that it wasn't packaged very well and there was a small black mark on the sleeve. This was a sale item and it is difficult to see so I accepted it. The jacket was only folded and placed in the delivery bag only. No internal Barbour packaging.”

Helpful Report

“They sent the wrong item. They did rectify it really quickly and sent out the right product. I now have to either return the incorrect products or take them to an animal sanctuary”
