There was ample warning on the website that orders might be delayed (and in the order confirmation email), but my order still arrived in very good time, especially given the circumstances. “I received my order today (1.4.20) that I hade made on the 19.03.20. Considering the issues with Coronavirus at the minute I was so pleased to get my order today as my 15 year old cat loves his Whiskas 11+ poultry sachets. The cost of the food is comparable with the supermarkets and I was happy to pay the delivery charge.”

“First time dealing with this company and the last! I thought I would trial the store for cat food etc, before I progress to any future orders for my dogs and horses. Poor customer service, charged my card but had no stock in, called them today as I had no response to my two email requests for updates. Ordered products 10 days ago, was advised not sure when they will get stock in, not sure when I will get it delivered, not sure on anything really. So why charge my card? I appreciate everyone's busy right now but I've asked three times if you don't have it in stock I'll make other arrangements! Communication would have been key in this instance. Sorry but not for me or anyone else I know.”

“I was looking for a hard to find pet food item which I desperately needed for my Rabbits. (Versele Laga Cuni Complete food for rabbits) I discovered Millbury Hill after being let down by other companies including Amazon, who took ages to deliver or lost my packages. I found Millbury Hill service to be Very quick. I ordered the item 5pm on the day before, and my product had arrived by 11am the next day! Price was very reasonable. Item was packed in a sturdy bag. I was very pleased with the speed and reliability of Millbury Hill, and will order from them again.”

“Millbry Hill is always my first stop for our equestrian needs. However, I was disappointed this weekend when wanting to purchase 2 riding hats for my daughters and was unable to due to extremely low stock levels in the Richmond store. I would expect stock levels of such a vital piece of riding equipment to be kept high at all times. This also meant us having to travel over 30 miles to purchase the hats and you missing out on the sale.”
