“Ordered a sack of horse feed approx. 10 days ago , when order still hadn't arrived checked after that time I checked on your couriers Fedex website using tracking number to see when delivery was expected to learn it had been in their depot for over a week and was due to be delivered to me that same day before 18.00 , delivery never arrived so called your customer services next morning to be told that my home address didn't tally up with my delivery address ? no idea how this has occurred ? but surely someone could have called or emailed me to let me know there was a problem ? I had ordered this online to save me having to drive quite a distance to buy from a store but it looks like I now have to drive there anyway as have almost run out of it . Very shoddy service so wont be ordering off you again . Maybe you need to rethink who your couriers are as they aren't doing a very good job at the moment and maybe email your customers if there is a problem with their orders .”

The driver from Fed-Ex had attempted delivery to the address that was provided on the order and there for we were unaware of any issue until you had advised that there was a delay with the delivery.
