“I have one reservation: just before ordering I was led to believe that I would get the goods very promptly, which I needed as the garment was to go to New York for a birthday. However, once I completed the order the delivery date was different and not promised for the best part of a week. Otherwise, very good.”

“We were very disappointed with the initial service when we ordered for a second time (the first being fine) I payed £2 extra for delivery on a particular day. Half the order arrived, a day late ,with no explanation of the missing half. I had to phone up to discovered the second item was temporarily out of stock. A brief email would have been courteous, and would have saved me a phone call”
