“My item was ordered on the 27th feb with an estimated delivery for the 9th march . I have not yet received my order and only received correspondence from FedEx yesterday to say my item would be delivered before the 12 th . What was disappointing was i had received no confirmation from yourselves ,until i emailed you.with a reply to say my item had now been dispatched for delivery on the 9th march! ! Which makes me wonder if i I hadn't of emailed would my item still be sitting there ☹ Im afraid im dissapointed in the service sadly , this is the first time i have made an order with you .”
