“When orders are dispatched from a store it would be advisable to check that the item is not faulty or damaged before sending to the recipient. This would safe a lot of time & disappointment. The inconvenience of having to then return the goods could well be avoided.It would be appreciated if items taken straight from the shop floor were to be packaged aside from the bag they arrive in so as to protect & present the goods that very often are a considerable purchase.Further more how can it be that an order is accepted in the believe you will receive the goods followed by an email some days later that transpires the item is out of stock adding to more disappointment. As a new customer my first shopping experience was not what I had hoped for.”

“I'm unsure why it took a working week for goods found in any store to be available to collect. I thought that online ordering would allow me a fast contact less experience. Other stores offer same day click and collect”

“I love the purchases. My only small negative was that the outside package covering was flimsy (a binbag?) and was torn on delivery and delivery time from order was longer than other retailers - perhaps because you had called stock in from different locations to send the order?”
