However, im a little confused by the nature of this review as i can see that at the checkout we provided you with an estimated delivery date of the 21.08.2020 and this was also clarified on your order confirmation. I can then see that your parcel was actually delivered on the 19.08.2020. Making it two days early. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and we always endeavour to have orders delivered either on or before the estimated delivery date. Kind Regards, Millbry Hill.

However, we are a little confused as to why you have left this review as your order was delivered on the date we had advised at the checkout. We also clarified this with you over the phone when you called to query. As previously advised, you ordered this on the express delivery service which is 1/2 working days. We do state this on our delivery page and it isnt guaranteed next day delivery like you believed it to be. I can confirm that you received your parcels within this 1/2 working days.
