“Hi I was a little upset that some of my order was missing when looking on my email it looks like you have refunded me . I’m not sure what item was refunded ? Also when the delivery came the riding boots box was ripped up there was no lid on the box so I am unable to wrap in box for my daughter for Xmas . Order number 370168”

“I received a different colour to that ordered and when I questioned this was told that to choose the Jaguar print I needed to press the beige option as there isn’t a Jaguar print option. I’m not sure how a customer is supposed to know that? Also I was under the impression I was buying the Jaguar ones not leopard print so your website is misleading. I feel £4.95 is a lot of postage for a small item sent in a plastic envelope bag. Also delivery took a long time. Finally I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I would definitely not buy again or recommend your service. I also didn’t feel that Lauren’s reply to my query about the tassels was very helpful.”
