Not good quality! The hair is so thin and like rats tails at the ends and of course you can’t tell this until you’ve got it out the packaging, so unable to return and get refund.

Sent out extensions that had been worn and cut by someone else. Asking for a refund resulted in being blocked.

Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our service. As mentioned through emails, our quality team would not send an order that has been cut previously. This is because we do not accept returns on orders that have been tampered with, including the hair being cut. You will note that the wefts are not all different lengths, however the hair is not cut with a blunt edge, otherwise this would not mimic natural hair growth 😊 Unfortuatnly as our team cannot identify any quality issues with your order, we are unable to accept a return on this order. I apologise for the inconvenience, however we can guarantee that this hair has not been cut or tampered with in any way. I am super disappointed.I Recieved my hair extensions today and they look nothing like the colour in the video or the picture.The video and picture looked like they had beautiful blonde highlights through some darker blonde.In person these look like one solid muddy dark blonde color.Aweful color.I am a hairstylist and I can tell you right now that this is not human hair.I don't know what this is.It feels synthetic.You can wash human hair as much as you like and color it.I use to order from this company all the time when it was head candy and never had any issues.I paid over $400 Canadian for this garbage on top of a $75 fee at the post office and it would cost me a fortune to send back to the U. K.Im very upset because this was a very huge splurge for me that I don't often do in the first place and then to be extremely unhappy is another thing.

Hi Monica, I'm so sorry to hear that you're unhappy. We try our very best to accurately show all of our shades, however things such as lighting, the device being used etc can affect how each shade looks. Each set will contain a tester weft that is a part of the whole set, meaning that this can be used to match and test against your hair. This means that if only the tester weft is used and no void seal is broken, the item can be returned and we can advise further. All Milk + Blush hair extensions are made with 100% Remy Human Hair. However, we can't guarantee that the product contains only 100% Remy Human Hair and you’ll find that this is the same with all other popular hair extension brands. If the production line has just made a run of synthetic hair and then they produce a run of a different kind of hair, there is a possibility that some of the raw materials may remain. Also, it is dependent on the suppliers of the raw materials which can vary throughout the year. We pride ourselves on the quality of our hair extensions and we can promise that our sets are made with 100% Remy Human Hair. Although we do use 100% Remy Human Hair, our extensions must be looked after differently. This is because our scalp provides natural oils to our hair, allowing us to dye and wash our hair as much as we need. However, this is not the case for hair extensions as there is no natural supply of oil. Unfortunately, we are unable to predict custom charges as they are completely out of our control, We can't predict whether you will or will not receive a customs charge, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Milk + Blush has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. I have been buying milk and blush clip ins for years. I colour my own hair copper and I usually buy the dye it yourself shade and colour them using the same tint and it blends perfectly. I have found the last few times I have ordered the extensions they are not taking to the colour (which hadn’t changed the same), and also the quality of the extensions after ONE wash deteriorates massively on the mid to end lengths of the hair. I am curious if there has been changes in the quality of hair from a few years ago that is causing this. I am pretty disappointed as there has been at least two full sets of extensions that are unwearable.

As I'm sure you're aware, we will be able to accept a return on this order. As stated on our website, we reccomend to avoid washing our extensions as much as possible as it can dry out the extensions as there is not the same, natural oils provided to the extensions compared to the hair on your head. Ordered extensions never delivered said they had to be sent back. Never got them and then when I tracked it they’re sent back. Company never advised me of this asked for money back and then was told I “had to wait” absolute joke have been waiting ages and I’ve no extensions I really need them too and now I’m down 300 euro of my own money. Bad service I’ve used them in past because hair is good but they are scammers

When my hair extensions arrived I loved the colour and how thick they were so immediately opened the seal to wear them. Upon spending hours curling them into my hair for a seamless look within 1 hour the curls from the extensions fell out and my own hair (which is super thick) remained curled. Severely disappointed that the curls dropped out as they now didn’t blend with my hair properly I contacted the milk and blush service team. At first they sent me a bunch of YouTube videos however this wasn’t helpful as I had already done this and also told me to add hair spray, again which I have done. They said I could return them for assessment which in their words meant curl them and leave them in a room with no other external conditions. I stated that of course in a room where they would be assessed and not in actual hair or facing external conditions they wouldn’t drop out. Despite speaking with the milk and blush team that the extensions are not fit for purpose they have returned them against my requests not too, sent me YouTube videos that won’t help the issue, and said to use hairspray. I don’t want my hair to look like someone from the musical hairspray where it’s so stiff you can’t get a hairbrush through it in attempt to keep the curls in, in addition it would be damaging to the hair so not good advice from a company that sells hair and should want the longevity of their hair extensions for their customers. Despite requesting that I would like a refund as they don’t do what they are meant too, they have refused. I’m severely disappointed as I researched so much into milk and blush and watched all their videos on how to best insert the clip in extensions as they were my first hair extensions I have ever bought and was happy to spend and invest quite a bit of money into finding the perfect ones (as Milk and Blush aren’t cheap!) and as they had the option for thick hair I was very excited however I was extremely let down and would never buy from them again and definetly wouldn’t ever recommend them.

It’s been 23 days since I placed my order on December 4th, and I I still have not received it. I paid extra for expedited shipping and my order has been “leaving the UK” for 3 weeks now. Tracking has not moved and Milk and Blush has not offered me any additional information or provided any alternatives. It’s a shame because I am a returning customer and would’ve appreciated some type of compensation or at least been offered a new shipment be sent out.

Worst extensions I’ve ever bought, they are so dry and ratty after only wearing them a handful of times, I contacted them for advice and they just said I shouldn’t have washed them, I’ve washed all of my other extensions with no problem but these are now going in the bin- very very gutted.

Unfortunately washing your extensions can dramatically affect the quality due to the lack of natural oils in extensions that our own hair has to restore the softness after exposure to water. We don't recommend doing this unless absolutely necessary. We would recommend the use of a silicone to restore some of that softness if you haven't done so already 😊💖

They ignored me and didn’t help at all after me and my sister both received parcels with no extensions in! My sister got her money back but they won’t give me mine back and keeps ignoring me! Please do not use this company as they scammed me and took my money! I’ve contacted the local fraud authorities too

I have been buying hair from Milk+Blush 3 times and I have always been satisfied. Now that they come to me, I'm upset. The hair has been quite looking since the yarrow. They have thin ends. The color Sweet like chocolate is supposed to be brown, but the black artificial hair with the ending is quite translucent there. I'm thinking of returning the hair and ordering it elsewhere.

Beware when ordering and paying for next day delivery. Your extensions may be out of stock. Twice now ive purchased extensions, having gone through to the checkout stage ( paying for next day delivery £6+) to then read in the confirmation email, in very small print nearer the bottom where it tells you what you ordered... That its out of stock. There seems to be no system in place to stop you finalising an item thats out of stock and more so... Taking your money for next day delivery that you wont get. The first time this happened they weren't keen to refund... I guess its going to be the same issue here too. I DEFINITELY wouldn't of ordered if the set i needed was out of stock. And no where did i read it was until the confirmation email. Very poor!!!!!!

I ordered Milk and Blush hair extensions for my upcoming wedding. I paid for faster shipping. The shipping was supposed to take 5-10 business days. I emailed to check on my order I made June 3rd and they tell me it is out of stock. This is a terrible company. Do not order from them. I spent 100s of dollars and will not have the product in time for my wedding. Both the website and my invoice said nothing about the product being ordered. Please don’t order these!!!

As soon as I got them I was so disappointed but couldn’t wait to return them and get my money back then buy another pair, I’ve had them 3 weeks the ends are fraying and brittle, they’re frizzy and knotting together. Split ends all the way up as some hairs are shorter so a trim won’t work. £150 wasted. I’m yet to find a hair extensions company that actually have decent hair. So disappointed. This is not what I paid for.

I placed an order for over 100 pounds as of course these extensions are rather pricey. They were delivered to the wrong address and I’ve tried contacting them but nothing now I have paid for an item and no product, I’m extremely distressed

I have bleach blonde hair and I have ordered 2 pairs of hair extensions now thinking they are bleach blonde and they are so yellow and dark! Would not recommend if you have light blonde hair. Waste of £360.

I ordered extensions from Milk and blush 5 times, but every time had problems with shipping. Every time I wait longer than a month for my extensions and then I receive an e-mail asking what went wrong. well i have no clue? instead of acting representative, you make the same mistake every time. and if I get my money back I almost get 10 euros less. I still wonder why I order from you. i am a patient person but this is going too far. MILK AND BLUSH TAKE MEASURES!

Hi Dide, I can see that the team have emailed you with regards to your most recent order which was returned to sender due to multiple failed delivery attempts. This is an issue that needs to be looked into with the delivery partner in your destination country, and is not a mistake on our end, as we only have access to the same delivery information which you provide on your order. Once your order has left our facility it gets handed over to an external delivery partner and it is their responsibility to fulfil your delivery. We can only apologise on behalf of the delivery partner, and we would be more than happy to investigate this with them if you were to contact us directly regarding the issue. We are of course sorry that you have experienced this issue on more than one occasion, however ultimately Milk+Blush has consistently shipped your orders on time and in line with our usual procedures. We have no control over the failed delivery attempts which have been reported by your local courier service. Unfortunately after a certain amount of attempts your order will be returned to sender, which is what has happened on these occasions. With regards to your refunded amounts, they appear 'less' because your shipping costs are deducted from the refunded amount. Please could you at your earliest convenience reply to the email where the team has reached out to you about this situation. We can then try and work together and solve the problem :)

In August I bought the seamless extension set after a rave review by an IG influencer. She said she had hers for a couple years and they were still looking great. I was very torn between what brand to go with. I chose milk+blush. Biggest mistake ever. I have followed the care instructions but within a month they were tangling so bad I couldn’t wear them without embarrassment. I am aware that they say to replace them every 3-6 months but I am a long time extension user. I had to go back to wearing my previous extensions that are 3 1/2 years old, they look much better than the milk+blush set which are only a few months old. I would never recommend this brand to anyone. If you are looking for extensions that wear as your natural hair this is not the brand. I am beyond disappointed and now I don’t have the money to buy a quality product. DO NOT BUY!!!
