“Ok this review is on customer service. To the point is best. Hands down this is a great company. Just started the process of purchasing extensions. They have been in contact with me twice in less than 48 hrs. I'm so impressed with that alone. Don't think twice about buying from Milk & Blush. I am excited to get extensions because I know they will be beautiful. Will update as we go.”

“i ordered some extensions on a friday before 3pm and paid £9 for extra saturday delivery and they sent me an email to say the billing address was wrong (which it wasnt) as an excuse to not send the extensions out, i have emailed, messaged on instagram and facebook and still had no reply. poor customer service. ruined my weekend as needed them for a night out.”

“Amazing extensions and service! I’ve used these on and off for years and they’ve always been the best by a country mile. I’ve tried other brands to see if they can compete but honestly they just don’t. Milk + Blush are amazing quality, last so well (current set was purchased 8 months ago and while they’re not in bad condition they have lost some length so refreshing. They don’t pull your hair and are undetectable. Would highly recommend to everyone! Not to mention I ordered at 2pm yesterday and they arrived at 11am this morning with the standard shipping.”

“I am super happy with my Milk + Blush extensions. At first, I ordered the wrong color & too short length. Since I was able to see an example before opening the package, I was able to see they wouldn't work & send them back. I sent a picture of my hair to the company, they were able to suggest a better color and I ordered the longest length. I've used them a few times (bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, wedding) and they always look stunning! They hold a curl so well, and aren't super heavy so they don't bother my head. I'm so happy I was able to have them on my wedding day. One of my bridesmaids wore hers too (she recommended them to me originally)!”

“I had my hair color matched via email with some of the staff which I was wary of. the team asked for about four photos and they actually matched the color perfectly. I got the longest extensions in the lightest weight. it was more than enough hair, I actually only wear a few pieces and cut about an inch off.”

“Hello, I ordered extensions almost 2 months ago and I never received them. When I followed up with the customer service team they apologized and said it is being sent back to their warehouse for an unknown reason. I asked for a refund and they said I needed to wait until it came back and it should arrive shortly (as per their tracking). It's been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received my refund. It is ridiculous that I have to pay for a package that I never received and my refund is being withheld as they sort our their issues. I have ordered from milk + blush numerous times in the past and the last two times have been awful (one arrived a month late and now with this order, didn't arrive at all).”

“Very disappointed by the overall experience of my last purchase using this brand for years. First of all, on the website, there was no noticeable warning that many items were being restocked and not going to be available for weeks. Anyway, it was still possible to buy them but never was I ever informed of the delay (not even in the process of paying or in the confirmation email). At least, when I inquired, their really helpful customer service that fixed the problem pretty quickly. The most frustrating thing though is the bad quality of the hair. I have at least 5 sets bought during the years and quality of the hair has worsened a lot: now it's just terrible! I have a set bought 1 year ago that is in best condition than in this last one bought 2 months ago. It's a shame because I had been swearing by their amazing quality for a long time.”

“Do not purchase hair extensions by @millkandblush I've just had a terrible experience where they charged me almost $50 dollars more than the price listed and are refusing to fix it, claiming that it's my fault. Do not purchase, their prices are misleading and incorrect.”

“I have just received my set of Milk + Blush 12-14 inch hair extensions less than 24hrs from order. I received amazing service from Sadia who was in contact from the minute I ordered to resolve a delivery address issue - thank you for your wonderful help. I have quite short hair and have always struggled to find extensions less than 16 inches in length so these are a perfect for adding volume as I find the longer extensions tend to weigh my hair down and look false. These are amazing and great value for money- love, love love!”

“Ordered today for next day delivery for my daughters birthday!!...took £177 from my bank account, then emailed to say that address details were wrong so, unfortunately they could NOT process my order?? Erm I think I know where I live!..seems this has been said to other customers too!!...If you are not going to process my order then why did you take MY money and where is it now because it has left my bank??...cannot afford to go else where when MY money is in YOUR bank account??!!!...my daughter is devastated and her birthday ruined!!...spent ALL day emailing and have STIIL NOT received a reply??!!..absolute sham!!!!...below this 'leave a review' page is a list of question and one of them is 'how did you contact us'...live chat? email? Etc etc...live chat??? Lol where?....no phone number no nothing..empty email address!”

“I purchased the 16-18 inch luxurious quad set in colour Weekend in Malibu yesterday afternoon and paid for tracked delivery (1-2 business days), which arrived this morning. The first thing I noticed was the lovely packaging; they arrived in a sleek yet sturdy box along with an extension care booklet. A smaller weft is kept separate from the rest of the set in order for you to ensure you have matched the colour correctly without voiding the returns policy. The colour (mid to light, golden/sandy blonde) matched perfectly and so I was happy to go ahead and open the rest of the set. The quality of the hair really is exceptional. I have worn extensions for 10+ years and have tried MANY different brands - these are, without a doubt, the silkiest, most gorgeous set I have ever owned. Also, the amount of hair you get for the price (£125 in my case) is fabulous. The luxurious set weighs 200 grams. As I have fine hair, I really don’t need to use the full pack and can save some for when these need replacing (I can’t imagine they ever will, tbh). They really are great value for money! I was slightly worried about the length when I ordered initially as I am used to longer extensions but these definitely reach the full 18 inches rather than 16, which I’m very happy about. Just to add - the customer service I received was great and a query I had prior to purchase was answered promptly by Sadia. Thank you, Milk + Blush!”
