“On my 1st review I gave them 1* for the item didnt arrive at all. But due to constant communication with them refund has been made. That’s why I changed it to 3*.”

“If i could give this bunch of arse clowns zero stars i would. If you are in Australia, do not deal with this company. Customer service at it's worst, and after weeks of trying to get a straight answer i get told that my item has been lost in transit. Now i have to hope that i see my money returned. Steer clear of these idiots!”

“Ordered tactical trousers to Russia with delivery via Royal Airmail. They didn't give me tracking code and wrote me that Royal airmail parcels couldn't be tracked. After one month of waiting I didn't receive it and thought that they scammed me and wrote them that I will write about it to police office of Manchester but after it I received my parcel. I entered barcode from postal pocket at Royalmail tracking service site, it gives me a link to Russian post service and I saw the way of my delivery from start to end. It's mean that they doesn't know that mail to Russia via Standard international Royal airmail could be tracked (don't know about other countries) - ask them to send you this barcode before you will pay your order.”

“I placed an order with Military 1st and haven't received my order. It was for a $15 tactical ball cap, so I didn't think I needed tracking. I guess I was wrong. I emailed them 2 days ago and I was basically blown off. I'm a disabled American veteran, so the little money I get is important to me. I won't deal with this company anymore!”

“No expedited shipping, shipping took a month and the delivery company was awful. Wrapped horribly. Asked for a refund of the delivery and they said they'd completed this... no money ever received. Stay away at all costs.”
