“In general very happy. One small issue is that the seal on the tap on the bottom of the container wouldn't seal, I realise that you can "overtighten" it as its only plastic. I had to put plumbers tape on the thread to achieve a seal, but all is fine with it now. Again overall very happy.”

“We sent back the jumper because it was too small and ye sent back the same jumper. We knew the package hadn't being touched because the box was the same way we sent it back to you. Won't be getting business off us again.”

“Ordered a birthday present for my husband on the 28th October and got email on 29th October to say it had been dispatched but as of today 12th November ive yet to receive my order. I know with lockdown and coming up to Christmas everything is crazy but even after contacting Magda who wasn’t exactly helpful and only advised me to check with the post office, who can’t help me because I’ve no tracking number as one wasn’t and can’t be provided to me, I’ve had to try source another present for the husband. Just want to add I don’t think it’s fair to be told to wait until 3/12 to see if it has arrived is appropriate either considering at that stage it would be over a month since it was dispatched as I ordered other stuff from the UK the same time and they have arrived and were delivered by An Post”
