“So far, I have only managed to receive on order from Military 1st (which eventually arrived after two weeks). The second order I placed with 2-day delivery never materialised, and after an enquiry via e-mail, I was informed that the payment had failed. It would have been nice to be informed about the payment issue rather than having me wait for a week and start an enquiry from my end. I was asked to try a different payment method like PayPal which I do not use. I tried to place the order again and once again the oder was showing as "unpaid". When this happened with other companies, there usually was a customer service freephone number where one was able to place the order via the telephone. I have given up on ordering goods from your website.”

“I ordered a zippo lighter from Military 1st as a gift. It never arrived. The company had no answers to explain why. I was told to go to the post office to see if it was there. It was not. I was told to knock into my neoghbours to see if they collected it on my behalf. They did not. The company advertise good service. This is a lie. Would not reccomend.”

“The basic 55€ combat boots I bought are perfect for my work. Standing all day they really support your ankles and help posture for me anyway. Took my back pain away in two days”

“No problem with the process or product. Delivery took a week only, but I was surprised that items came from Manchester. I was attempting to support Irish business, so used the '.ie' site. Hopefully the sale is credited to the branch in Ireland. ?”
