“I ordered a zippo lighter for a family member as a Christmas present. The package was dispatched very shortly after ordering, arrived much quicker than expected, and the product was exactly as advertised. The price was also very reasonable, and shipping was free.”

“Poor. 17 days later and goods not received. Package sent by non-trackable Post. I have to wait 30 days from the dispatch date to obtain a refund. Having to wait over 30 days to find out if the goods will ever arrive is incredibly poor service. The order was a birthday present for my partner. After the 30 days are up I will be ordering from a different company and will be lucky to have it in time for Christmas! Its the year of ecommerce and online shopping and its standard for packages to be delivered using a trackable delivery method.”
