“I got a jacket and shirt delivered but my fault size too big —10/10 / 2020. Looking for a smaller size now. I returned package as per returns policy 11 days ago . I checked courier details and package still in local hub and not at military 1 st 11 days after I sent it back for . Contacted military 1 st who were helpful but they also said it’s still with transport company and they haven’t received my return yet. I’ve returned the odd item here and there in past 12 months and most courier companies return goods to shop after 4/5 days. This courier company is dragging its heels.”

“Good service though I had already paid for the product on-line including postage for 2-3 days, before a message popped up to say post could be delayed due to Covid. It took 4 days and fortunately I was there to receive it. No complaints and still a good service.”

“Very good website and great selection of products at a good price. The item I got was a little too big and the returns process was very good, especially that I'm based in Ireland, usually it's a lot harder to return items from Ireland. Their support team are very fast and friendly too. Only issue that I found was that delivery is a bit slow but that could be down to Covid & paying €10 to return an item is a bit steep.”

“I've used Military 1st for a few different things from just casual clothes to tactical gear for airsoft and each time they always have what I'm looking for especially for the bigger guys. I would and have recommended these guys to all of my buddies to get gear from as they fast with getting orders put together and shipped, pricing fairly with a great selection from cheaper to premium brands and when I did have to return something because I made a mistake on size, it was fast and easy. 10/10 will be a customer for life.”
