I got a jacket and shirt delivered but my fault size too big —10/10 / 2020. Looking for a smaller size now. I returned package as per returns policy 11 days ago . I checked courier details and package still in local hub and not at military 1 st 11 days after I sent it back for . Contacted military 1 st who were helpful but they also said it’s still with transport company and they haven’t received my return yet. I’ve returned the odd item here and there in past 12 months and most courier companies return goods to shop after 4/5 days. This courier company is dragging its heels.
