“Got the wrong boots posted to me had to pay to send them back. I was supposed to have the correct boots sent in return but was given a refund instead. No contact to say why I was given a refund in stead of the requested boots. However happy to have a no quibble refund at least. Still out of pocket for the return though,for military first mistake.”

“When I went to purchase them they took alot longer than I taught because of the covid 19 , I emailed military 1st and they replied filled me in on the situation very nice of them ... But when my combats came they are amazing there actually better than I taught to the point I'll be getting a few more stuff from them... Very Reasonable price and the quality is amazing I'd highly recommend them...”

“Very good service, I ordered 3 items and the order arrived on time, the items are good quality as advertised. One item, a jacket was too big, so had to return it, no problem, I print out a return form from Military 1st web site, send it back and a week later I get the correct size jacket, Will shop here again .”

“I ordered a charcoal coloured bomber jacket, I was quite annoyed when it was some time later after the order that i was told this colour didnt exist on the website and black or navy were the only colours, I opted for the black and it was gorgeous and great quality, will definitely use your website again”
