I was very relieved to receive my order this morning as it went to the wrong address in error in spite of being labelled correctly and had to be re-routed which meant a delay in delivery. However now finally arrived safely so all is well. Thought you would like to know.

All good apart from the conditioner had the tape that’s supposed to stop the lid opening was on the bottom of the bottle and it had leaked all over the other things.

Royal Mail delivered two days later than expected, so I would probably use local chemist next time.

The delivery was very quick but just one slight problem. One of the shampoo bottles has become slightly undone so there was shampoo on the rest of the goods.

Unfortunately I had severe allergic reaction to the vitamin B3 tablets so will not be using them any more!

Hi! I really liked the product I ordered, and the delivery timing, fast and on time. The thing I didn't like was that your costumer service mail address is wrong ( I wanted to amend my order) and 2nd my order was over 50£ and I suppose to receive a red bag as a present and I did not.

VERY expensive, at least it was for my 1 item compared to walk in pharmacies. So they have you over a barrel. Delivery was ok and arrived 4 or 5 days later

OK but postage was same amount as item. could not postage be free for small items??

You'll find that our postage price is quite similar to other online platforms, and is fixed across orders, big or small too! The 3 glass bottles were loosely wrapped in PAPER so were clanging around in the box. Am very surprised they didnt get smashed in transit! Not great...

Great products, lots of choice. Was told it would be next day delivery, but it wasn't which wasn't good because I'd ordered heat pads for a bad back & needed them urgently

Good price and good delivery. However I wanted to order 6 Deodorants as I have in the past but now we are limited to 2 cans and you refer to a post Office rule. Is there some way an alternative shipping method can be used.

Hi Steve, Thanks for your feedback. Because of restrictions with Royal Mail we can currently only send two aerosols per parcel. We are evaluating different solutions to get around this problem and hopefully in a not too far away future we will be able to lift this restriction. Kind regards Christian, MD
