Order came on time but I received pink dummies instead of the ones I bought I suppose a dummy is a dummy though

This should be one star for range of products, but l am still waiting for my order l sent in about 6 weeks ago. No apology,no refund. Will not be ordering again!

My delivery was late. I had to contact customer services who told me it had been lost and sent a replacement. After a few days the original order was received and I have now been told to send it back. The order was for my elderly mother, who doesn't live near me. I now have to print out a label and travel to her address to collect the original parcel and then take it to the post office. It will take up a lot of my time.

In rare situations, we find that the tracking reference is not accurate and appears to be stuck in transit when it is not. Our customer service team will have shipped a replacement to guarantee you received your order with as little delay as possible.

My previous order was packaged in a plastic envelope which was easily posted through the letterbox. This delivery the same as previous was packaged in a large cardboard box which couldn't be posted through the letterbox. The product is perfect the packaging not so.

Hi Kevin, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We stopped using envelopes, especially for medication as we could not garutentee that small children or dogs would not get into the envelope by accident. I apologise for the inconvenience.

Dispatched very quickly, stars knocked off as the Royal mail delivered to the wrong address so ended up being a bit of nightmare.

I ve the lotion once having a little difficulty getting lotion out my mrs also used it once keep pressing and pressing but only very little coming out when it gets warm I’ll try again and let you know read advice to put warm water to clean or put pin in to make a little bigger

I purchased three bottles of medicated shampoo. They dispatched it quickly which is good but it expires the next month! There’s no way I’ll be using up 3 bottles of medicated shampoo within a month!

1 item was damaged which leaked in transit as not packed properly. Contacted them via email and no reply .Would not use them again

Just a comment about the reviews, they all seem great regarding delivery and service which is fine, but what about the actual product itself? Where's the reviews on how good or bad the product is? Surely the product is the most important factor in all this, but it's all about delivery - why?
