Item was not delivered, Evri admitted fault but Medino slow to refund and require a form to completed despite Evri admitting it was not delivered to a safe space.

Hi Amy, We are so sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, in cases where parcels are left safe, Evri do require a signed document from our customers so the order can be claimed as lost. Unfortunately the packaging wasn't adequate and some of the nozzles don't work and one wad smashed.

As our warehouse is not open over weekends, your order was dispatched 6th, which was the next working day, and delivered on the 7th. Disappointed with current availability of stock. Wanted Kamill Intensive hand and nail cream but could only get Kamill sensitive hand and nail cream. Also looked for Dove men + care men's shampoo.

The delivery's quality was absolutely not acceptable. The courrier called EVRI ( former Hermes ) is infamous because of permanent malfunctions thet might be found in reviews. In my case it was like this: The van approached, the small parcel was thrown to the wet pavement in front of my door and the van went away. Hopefully my flatemate approached in that moment (having been the wittness) and took the parcel. Otherwise anyone of bypassers might do it. You had better to swap the way of dispatch your stuff.

Parcel was slow to arrive due to an error with address. I t was eventually sorted. The service is normally very good and quicker

Good transaction, good price - all arrived OK But I ordered it for next day delivery and it turned up a week later Fair enough there was a Royal Mail strike but maybe time to switch carrier?

Quick to confirm order and to dispatch. However, the product I ordered differed from the picture so some of it is not usable. See review of nail brushes below

I paid extra money for fast delivery, however, the parcel came late. I think next time don't use Royal Mail.
