Not impressed. Ordered some Goldeneye ointment and paid for Royal Mail 48 hour delivery.....still waiting a week later, so requested a refund.

Ordered two items but one was queried by a pharmacists asking for more information which I responded to in detail within thirty minutes. Nearly 24 hours later there had been no reply to my answers and I was directed to contact the pharmacist by email or phone to resolve the matter. This was poor service and I see no reason to take my time in order to overcome such inefficiency. A monetary refund was provided on request.

I DOUBT THIS WILL SHOW IN REVIEWS BUT NO GOOD NO GOOD NO GOOD. CLEVER COMPANY LOOKS PROFESSIONAL SHOWS TRACKING BY ROYAL MAIL AND DELIVERED BUT I HAVENT RECEIVED THE PARCEL. GO TO TRACKING BUT JUST GO ROUND AND ROUND ROYAL MAIL WEBSITE. IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD .........DONT BOTHER

According to the tracking information provided by Royal Mail this parcel was delivered on 14-11-20. Spent quite a while putting an order together only to experience lengthy problems at the checkout. Tried and retrying repeatedly to pay for my order via Apple Pay, then at the checkout I was still charged postage despite my order being over £15. Then tried to get NON express checkout but it still failed to shift from express. It appears that orders can't be processed over the phone either. This is sad as I've never had problems with any previous orders here before.

Rigid and unhelpful customer service Totally refused to refund Masks that were obviously unopened in a sealed packet . Initially stated that they couldn't return medical items even though these were marked NON medical . Needs to be clearer information on the website Would no longer order from them

As a result, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) once they leave the regulated supply chain. Ordered items online after filling in brief questionnaire. . They took my money . Then asked me some questions ie has your GP referred you for any medication. . . ..errrr. GPs are shut love! . . .you can buy these products over the counter. . .I can also read labels! . . .told them to refund my money. . Said they would then two days later took it out of my account. . . Hello! . . Isn't that theft? . . Already told them I would go down the road and but from chemist yet they still take money off me . .Not being funny but this company should not take someone's money without intending to send the goods . . Also when they said would refund , two days later take it out of my account!!!! . . Personally I would not recommend and would avoid . . Will now contact trading standards.

To make an informed decision and to maintain the safety of our customers, our pharmacists will approve or disapprove medication based on the answers to the form that needs to be filled out for certain products. The company that you use to send the medicine, DX Delivery is absolutely diabolical. The Medino company does not answer the phone even when we call them in the given time that they are open. This is a terrible service and I hope that the company will rectify this in a matter of time. Aga8n, I do not recommend this service to anyone, and the DX Delivery is absolutely nauseating.

Hi, I'm very sorry you had a bad experience with one of our couriers. We try to keep as many courier options as possible on hand for our customers to make it a choice rather than us forcing a courier on a customer. But we always appreciate feedback on the couriers we use, it makes it easier for us to see if the level of service we get from them is in line with what we want for our company. I also apologise for us not being able to answer the phone when you rang us. We do have a full time customer service team, but with the increased demand lately it may have been that we have sometimes fallen short. Would not recommend this company order never arrived, when I contacted them was advised they would resend, this never arrived either, got full refund and item ordered from another company and delivered within a week

Ordered on Sunday was told my products were dispatched hours later and would be with me in 1-2 days. I’m still waiting 6 days later... very disappointed!!
