“Have been extremely satisfied with everything I have bought until I bought one of their extremely highly priced jumpers which has a little bit of ( apparently ) high quality cashmere in it which bobbles. I complained and was told to buy a cashmere comb. Watch out for the jumpers🤣🤣🤣🤣”

“Item description not as described. Jumper 10cm shorter than advertised and in all honesty not very well constructed, definitely not worth £125 (that was on sale too!). Emailed customer service straight away & still not heard back after 3 weeks. Would never purchase or recommend them to anyone! Disappointing to see bloggers like Emma Louise Connolly & Claire Rose Cliteur continually working with this company considering they really don’t value their customers experience. I bought off a recommendation from ELC so has definitely made me question her authenticity with products she recommends.”

“I love Me + Em’s clothes. They’re my first port of call. They hit the relaxed elegant vibe perfectly. The man pants are my favourite cut. The jeans and jumpers are great too! The fit on the trousers is better than most other brands - no added bulk around the hips or stomach but sometimes they could do with a bit less volume/pleating. I’m 5’4” so also don’t like the zippers at the ankles of the wide legs as those trousers can’t be hemmed. Only other constructive criticism is that the jackets can be a bit too shapeless so unflattering but otherwise I do absolutely love this brand. Oh yes - and please can we have a store in Bristol or Bath???”

“I love ME+EM's clothes! I live in the US and get them shipped from the UK - very fast. The styles are classic with an edge, and they are beautifully made. The minor issue that I have is that sizing consistency isn't quite where it needs to be - so I usually have to order multiples and return.”

“My first ‘go to’ brand when I need something something stylish and great quality. I particularly love their trousers which fit beautifully and are wonderfully flattering! Super fast delivery and when I’ve ordered two sizes/styles, easy and quick returns and refunds. Yes, they are a little more pricey but everything I buy from them is a classic that I hope to still be wearing 10 years from now.”

“I am surprised to read the other customer reviews here as I have to say I have only had positive experiences with ME&EM but to be honest not dealt with Customer Services very much. Any returns I have had have been dealt with efficiently but I haven’t had a fault with an item so far. I think the clothes are high quality - I’d prefer if the prices were a bit lower but the clothes have always stood the test of time so I won’t complain too much. Trousers I find too long mostly but thats the same with a lot of clothes brands.”
