I am a huge fan of Me&Em and have a lot of their clothes and have bought regally for my two daughters. My online account shows 19 orders and that doesn't reflect what I have bought in store. Sadly they have let me down BIG TIME recently over poor quality and despite engaging several times with customer services, they have taken a short-sighted approach over the issue and so I am taking the opportunity to expose that short sightedness. I bought a beautiful pink trouser suit for my daughter. Jacket and trousers. It was expensive - over £300. She wore it precisely three times and when putting it on for the fourth time, the zip unraveled. The zip teeth are plastic and spiralled away from the seam like a slinky. We wrote to Me&Em. We asked them to help us repair the zip. They offered us the option to return the trousers for a full refund or they would give us 15% of the value of the trousers (£17.25), which would not begin to cover the cost of replacing the zip by a good seamstress. We did not find this a satisfactory response as a) the trousers were out of stock so could not be replaced and we had the jacket and wanted a suit b) we had spent money altering the pockets (the zip was untouched by this alteration) so were keen to keep that pair and c) a much more eco approach was to mend the zip rather than to refund and throw it into landfill. We duly wrote back simply requesting that they paid for the zip to be repaired. We offered various options as to how we could get a quote and/or use a nominated Me&Em tailor. Me&Em customer services replied that they would increase their offer to 20% (£23) of the cost of the trousers. What is this? Some kind of sales negotiation? We just wanted Me&Em to pay for the zip repair which will be more than £23!!. They also offered 15% off our next order. A 15% off voucher is readily available to new customers so this is worthless and anyway, this wasn't about more sales. We asked again to simply have the zip repaired or the cost of the zip repair covered. It's not rocket science. The response came back: "If you are unhappy with this offer, please return the trousers for a full refund". We had already explained that returning the trousers for a full refund was not an option. We reluctantly accepted the 20% offer and awaited the 20% to be credited to my credit card which would part fund the zip repair. Instead, I received a credit note for £25 off my next order at Me&Em! When I wrote and checked, the response was the following: I can confirm that this £25 online store credit was sent to you for your faulty item, you are able to use this credit when you create your next order in the payment section. So, Me&Em: A good and loyal customer buys an item. It is faulty. It cannot be replaced. We want to fix it rather than return it for a refund You offer us £23 to fix it. We accept, knowing that we will be out of pocket after the repair. You give us a £25 store credit. Really?

I absolutely LOVE the clothes…they fit me well, the quality is excellent, I have no issues with receiving my orders, I turn heads when I wear the pieces. But charging non-UK customers more money is just plain wrong. I cant in good conscience order from them again. Especially when they refuse to answer to why this is the case. Sad.

Hit and miss in design and fit however overall I like their pieces. Refunds are a nightmare... and take forever... however I’ve worked out that if you email them then the return is refunded the very same day! Quite clearly hanging on to your money.... bad customer service. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Do not order from this brand. I am a Personal Shopper/Stylist and I hardly ever run into to company policies and Customer Service this poor. FIrst, the web-site says 3-5 days delivery in the US. Not the case. It's have been 8 days and I have not received my items. Second, I called because in that time the items I have ordered have gone on sale and they will not do a price adjustment ("company policy." So, inconveniently, If I like what I purchased I have to send them back and re-order for the lower price. Um, not waiting for that order... Thirdly, I got a text today that said DHL said DHL will not deliver unless I pay a $97 customs fee. When I spoke to Customer Service at Me + EM, I was treated like an annoying customer that wanted a price adjustment and was told that my DHL text was a scam and they pay all duty taxes and fees. I called DHL and it was a real cost. So...After all of this frustration of the last year and 1/2, can we please have companies that want to help their customers and appreciate any and all orders that keep and have kept them in business. The styles are soooo cute. What a disappointment.

Love the clothes but dealing with customer service is just appalling. No one answers emails - it's better to call them - but still problems don't get sorted. Returns are a nightmare. Like I said, love the clothes, but they need to learn how to treat customers better!

I think it’s too easy to be seduced by MeandEm’s trademark design into paying ludicrous sums for items which are really not investment pieces and will only last one season. I’ve just parted with £130+ (inc. p&p) for a pair of patterned jersey joggers, simply because they looked wonderful on the long-legged model. After wearing them for 4 days they are baggy, saggy and not at all flattering on a petite and curvy size 8-10. I really should have known better - they’d be expensive at half the price, and the trim is ordinary cotton binding - nothing special. At the end of the day, they’re just sweatpants!

The brand is lovely but online prices are different between the UK and the rest of the world: an average of 25% more is charged to customers outside of the UK! I find this outrageous and discriminating, and surely against consumer rights! Sometimes small companies want to feel grand at the expenses of the customers.

I’ve known this company since 2011 when it was only an online company (actually sending their small catalogues in our post box). Nice clothing, decent quality at a balanced price. Now, a totally different story: they opened few stores (I think only in the UK I would say) and the prices have gone up a lot! The quality and the design are still enjoyable but the prices are really a bit excessive. Plus the same dress bought from their international website costs 30% more than the same one if you buy it from the UK website!!!! My experience here: (I live in Europe now) I wanted to order a dress (UK website 495£ - international website (mine) 680€!! After long hesitation and thoughts, since I really liked it and wanted it for a wedding ceremony, I decided to buy it. Ordered, paid 700€!!! (including fast delivery), few days pass and no news… I call them and the lady tells me that is ready to be shipped (I reminded her the fast shipping services and price, she apologies and that’s it). After few more days I receive an email of “order cancelled”! Ok (but not ok) I call them and the lady says that the dress is from a previous collection (Feb collection) and sometimes there can be a return but probably someone else ordered before me, and bla bla. My order anyway is cancelled with apologies and a the revert of the price and that’s it. After a couple of days I see the dress again in stock (precisely the website says ‘only a few left). So I rush and order it again (thinking ok this will be there for me for sure). Same story: after a few days no news, I call again, same answer again - I told the lady what had happened few days before and she says now it is all fine, your order is processing and will be shipped very soon). After one day, order cancelled again! Now I am a very disappointed customer! Not only European customers are hugely penalised by the higher prices, they have a very poor customer and IT care!! IF A PRODUCT IS NOT IN STOCK AND NOT GOING TO BE BACK IN STOCK EVER AGAIN, it should be taken away from the website- full stop. I MADE 2 very big transactions just to receive an apologie (and the dress is still there and not saying out of stock!).

Fast arrivals, and I received someone else's order, which I promptly notified and returned, but now for my order, I returned over a month ago and have not heard a thing, I sent an email, and nothing, its in excess of $1,000, not happy and its a shame, super cute stuff

Love Me+Em clothes, they're stylish, last a long time and transcend fashion. Their hoodies are particularly fab and I prefer this Cashmere to the type they use for their jumpers. You can mix clothes from season to season which is great. My one gripe is that from returning an item to receiving a refund can take between 2-3 weeks. In comparison with other companies, this is poor and needs improving.

I am a curvy size 12 and have ordered the denim jacket and jean suit,cream jeans,cream wide leg cords,navy racer back dress ( sale price and absolute bargain)and most recently the pink and burnt orange spotty dress for a wedding( machine washed came out like New and no ironing needed!)I think the quality,fit,style, colour and durability of the garments is excellent. Customer service and delivery excellent. I am a very happy customer. Well done Me&em !!

I used to love Me + Em but it seems to have changed its target market. I am 165cm 5'5, with an hour glass figure and weigh 118 pounds. The shorter, light weight summer dresses, with a ruffled/tiered skirt and beautifully detailed tops, from 2019-2020 I think collection, were amazing. One could wear to semi formal functions with heels, dress down with trainers, wear on planes and no crease and not too tight for international flights, everyone still complements me on them, all the time, and now there is nothing like them anymore - they are timeless, so saying out of fashion cannot be the reason. They are truly amazing and I would buy a wardrobe full of them in different fabrics and colours. But everything now seems to be for people six foot tall and wanting lots of fabric and non fitted items. I know the company policy is not to make them super fitted , but the amount of fabric per garment now and the length on a shorter or average height person, just makes them look old and or pregnant or fat...please bring back your form fitting clothes for average height slim /average sized people (UK8 or 10)

I fell in love with Me+Em with my first delivery. The quality is excellent, the styles are upbeat but still sophisticated and I wear the pieces I’ve purchased especially when traveling bc they are so versatile and comfortable! I have three complaints however: 1) the packaging is flimsy and the box is ALWAYS DAMAGED, torn, open! I truly am astounded that everything I ordered actually stayed in the box! Stores like Saks and Neiman have excellent packaging that never arrives damaged— your box needs to be upgraded to a heavier cardboard. 2)Most everyone I order from offers free shipping and returns except you! I’m waiting! 3) I have never been offered any kind of discount code despite spending $$$$! I keep waiting and watching, but there is NEVER one offered.

My absolute favorite clothing line ever. I am in Toronto and with all the lockdowns...the arrival of that wonderful black box has been the highlight of many days. I also return everything that doesn't work seamlessly. The quality and workmanship..let alone design are truly the best. I've ordered from similar sites and Meandem is 10 steps ahead.

I ordered several items and paid expedited shipping that was to arrive in US in 2-3 days. Two weeks later, a fraud attempt by a DHL imposter, many emails and a phone call to Em&Me, and then no follow up response from them. I forwarded DHL fraud emails to them in order to help their company. Really hoping they refund my credit card.

Have shopped for quite a few years at ME&EM. Usually so much appeals. I must say that the latest new arrivals booklet shows the most dismal of clothes. Ones that don’t even make the models look nice. No idea who has designed this new collection but I definitely cannot be tempted!!

I have been ordering clothes from Me&Em since 2013 and have not returned anything, its fantastic. The sizing is always consistent which is so important for online ordering. No problems with ordering or receiving. During lockdown it was a pleasure to be able to order from them, one of life's little luxuries. Always receive compliments when wearing their clothes, just lovely.

Im new to Me+EM, and I just wanted to buy some stylish, flattering trend led, but not ultra trendy clothes to update my wardrobe. I have found the clothes fabulous and the customer service great though the website was a little slow during a busy period recently, but I understand that is work in progress and things have now been fixed. ME+EM are now my go to brand.

I bought a top which cost £69 but looked very ordinary - more like it should cost £6.99 from Peacocks. My main complaint however is their customer service. More than a week after returning the item I’ve heard no confirmation that my return has been received. When I rang to ask about this the person I spoke to was offhand and rude. And they charge £4.99 for delivery!!...
