“ME & EM is one of my top go-to companies for clothing. Their fabrics and construction are excellent. The styles are always cool without being trendy. I feel I can wear them season after season without looking outdated so the money spent seems like a good value. I am in the US and the shipping is always very fast - generally faster than anything sent within the US makes it to me. The return process is quite slow, but I know that I just have to be a bit patient. I LOVE that actual garment measurements are available for everything. It makes it so much easier to get the right size. My only complaint is that so many of the styles are made for/look best on quite tall people. I am only 5' 1" so I can't even entertain wearing many of their items. But the ones that do work for me, I love.”

“I love the cut, designs, fabrics that ME+EM use. When wearing their clothes I feel fantastic! The pockets are extremely well designed in all garments. Sadly a lot of the dresses/skirts cater for tall people, please try and accommodate those who are 5' 0" to 5' 4" - on top of spending out on the outfit I then have to spend out on alterations. Customer Service is amazing. Delivery, returns and refunds are all processed with efficiency and care. My only issue is pricing, you are starting to creep up each season and are becoming a little too expensive which is a real shame.”

“The clothes look and feel beautiful. Lovely fabric and styles. The fit wasn't right for me, and I had to return. That process is tedious and ridiculously long to get your refund. Mailed back on the slowest way possible. I don't know if I would order online again with the prospect of returning taking so long.”

“The quality ;style and classic cut enables me to "stand apart "from colleagues every day I wear me and em . Every season each piece is created to build on previous seasonal favourites . “I love the clothing. I have ordered dresses, blazers, and tops. The slight puff shoulder on the blazers and shorter arm length are fantastic. A helpful addition would be more detailed product descriptions. I would appreciate inseam and rise measurements for pants, lengths for tops and shaft heights for boots. It would be helpful in understanding the item and reduce the need to return.”

“This is the first time I ordered from ME+EM. I was sent the wrong size. I ordered a size 37 shoe and was sent a size 38. I returned them immediately because I got the wrong size and the return is taking a unusally long time. This is probably the last order I will place with ME+EM. Nancy Downs”

“I found the first express delivery to be very quick and it arrived beautifully packaged. Unfortunately in my case the dresses did not suit my shape and I returned. The return process was very simple and stress free. Would definitely order again.”
