“Beautifully made and nice fabric. But downhill from there ..... supposedly slim leg trousers weren’t ..... and customer service terrible. Ordered 5 June , slow delivery. Returned the same day. Refund received 9 July. Won’t order again.”

“Brilliantly fast delivery and products so gorgeous I had to keep them all despite over-ordering so that I would have a choice. I now have jackets, dresses, tops, even a jumpsuit, and they have transformed my wardrobe. Me & Em very cleverly blend non-crease fabrics, casual-luxe style, flattering fit and gorgeous colours that look expensive. For premium high street, this is the brand to beat all brands. Simply divine.”

“Gorgeous, gorgeous summer dresses! - The sky blue sheer checked swing dress, black pleat maxi dress and floral print maxi dress are so flattering, floaty without making you look enormous. I still get stopped and asked in shops and cafes where I got my pair of ME+EM jeans from, which I've worn for 3 years now! Thank you Claire and the Team, worth every penny!”

“I bought a top which cost £69 but looked very ordinary - more like it should cost £6.99 from Peacocks. My main complaint however is their customer service. More than a week after returning the item I’ve heard no confirmation that my return has been received. When I rang to ask about this the person I spoke to was offhand and rude. And they charge £4.99 for delivery!!...”

“First of all, the quality is exceptional. Yes, it's not cheap. It's well worth it though. All my ME+EM purchases are investment pieces - I keep them for years. Wash after wash they look the same. Secondly. ME+EM's customer service is stellar! Nothing is a problem, they always go above and beyond, to the point, they're almost beating John Lewis - nothing is a problem. Love. Love. Love.”

“The trousers pil very easily. Also the rise is not correct fitting and I am a regular size 0/2zThe sizing is not the same across each piece. Buttons come off easily. The plus ? Trousers hold shape.”
