“Your clothes are so wearable and flattering. If I could just choose one brand to wear for the rest of my life it would be Me & Em. I adore the cut, the fabrics and the colours. They may seem a bit on the pricey side but you will honestly have your pieces forever.”

“Delivery, returns, customer service is fine. Prices highish. Trousers much too long for me, even with adjustments. I love their brighter colours, other less appealing. I am not interested in a corporate look. I find shop off Marylebone High Street a bit intimidating.”

“I bought a dress but the belt came off first time I wore it (it is fitted at the sides), I emailed customer service and they immediately offered a return. When I told them that I wanted to keep the dress as it was no longer available and I would take it to my local tailor they offered me a part refund to pay for the tailor to fix it.”

“Have been extremely satisfied with everything I have bought until I bought one of their extremely highly priced jumpers which has a little bit of ( apparently ) high quality cashmere in it which bobbles. I complained and was told to buy a cashmere comb. Watch out for the jumpers🤣🤣🤣🤣”

“Item description not as described. Jumper 10cm shorter than advertised and in all honesty not very well constructed, definitely not worth £125 (that was on sale too!). Emailed customer service straight away & still not heard back after 3 weeks. Would never purchase or recommend them to anyone! Disappointing to see bloggers like Emma Louise Connolly & Claire Rose Cliteur continually working with this company considering they really don’t value their customers experience. I bought off a recommendation from ELC so has definitely made me question her authenticity with products she recommends.”

“I love Me + Em’s clothes. They’re my first port of call. They hit the relaxed elegant vibe perfectly. The man pants are my favourite cut. The jeans and jumpers are great too! The fit on the trousers is better than most other brands - no added bulk around the hips or stomach but sometimes they could do with a bit less volume/pleating. I’m 5’4” so also don’t like the zippers at the ankles of the wide legs as those trousers can’t be hemmed. Only other constructive criticism is that the jackets can be a bit too shapeless so unflattering but otherwise I do absolutely love this brand. Oh yes - and please can we have a store in Bristol or Bath???”
