“I really like so much about Me+Em design, quality, and particularly the fit of trousers. As an Australian customer, I am much less impressed with the price hike applied to us (approximately 60%) a couple of years ago. I wrote a couple of emails and was told it was related to Britain's departure from the EU. I'm not sure I believe that could justify such a significant price rise. I also find product descriptions online not particularly accurate. I bought a dress with a 'white' base (and it did look white in the photographs) and 'yellow' flowers, only to find, when it arrived, that it was a deep cream with orange flowers. I also bought a dress described as being of 3 different colours, which arrived two-tone. This one didn't bother me too much as I could work out from the photography that the third colour (pink) was missing. My point is that if you're going to charge the prices you do and pitch yourself at the top of the market, you need to pay attention to such details, don't be sloppy.”

“I have made several purchases from Me and Em on line and been pleased with all of them. I particularly like the brighter colours. I think the pricing structure on the whole makes sense as the higher priced items have more tailoring and relate to the fabric composition. I haven’t bought any jumpers because these seem slightly over expensive for the fibre mix that is advertised. I have mainly bought dresses in different styles and found the cuts very flattering and true to size in all different styles. I also have some jeans and trousers which are well constructed and cut in a flattering way. I did order with guaranteed Christmas delivery just before Christmas but this arrived after new year. I did e-mail that I hadn’t received my parcel, but it wasn’t picked up that I should have had the delivery charge refunded. I think that at this price point, delivery should be free if you are spending over £150-£200. Most items except basic t-shirts are more than that on their own. I will continue to consider further purchases as I love every item I have received and I believe they are good investment pieces. I have never returned an item.”

Delivery usually is super quick but i cannot comment on any refunds as i keep everything i order,happy customer. love this little company.”

The information on the website is accurate regarding sizing and having the exact measurements for each garment is great. Styles are timeless and the fabrics seem excellent quality . “I’m a new customer and I’ve bought 6 items so far. I’m impressed with ease of ordering, delivery (not returned anything) and the quality of fabric and design.
