I love the balance of unique and basic pieces available at me+em. Every piece i own is of the best fabric and quality in my closet. I own a batick print mini from S24 which I wear for every occasion. It is perfect on my petite body and extremely comfortable. If this dress came in other colors or fabrics, i would own all of them. Their customer service is very good and returns from the US are easy. I wish there were petite options in their dresses and layering pieces, most of which are too long and dis-proportioned for a woman under 5’2”.

I love me+em, beautiful clothes, but the current stocking issues are so frustrating. New in items are out of stock almost immediately, every time I get to the payment page I have to go back and remove items making ordering impossible since couple of months.

Delivery is fairly prompt, and returns and refunds easy to navigate. The clothes are a little pricey, but the styles really suit my taste. I'd really like to see a Petite version of the dresses which are too long in the body and skirt.

Great quality with beautiful designs, I've watch this website for many times and finally decided to give it a try. The pictures are perfect and the items were even better. The only reason I couldn't do 5 stars is the turn around for a refund, is very long.

Love the product but wish you had shipping from the US. It’s been very difficult to get some of my orders with one in particular stuck in customs for a month.

I have been very happy with most of my purchases. I am grateful to have found a store that does not utilize cheap labor and fabrics. That being said, I have noticed a difference in my recent purchases, the fabric isn't the quality that I found in the initial purchases. I hope it is a temporary issue.

My daughter and I both love your clothes, we appreciate the quality and there are always great options for a working professional, and also for fun. But we are 5'4" and 5'1". PLEASE MAKE PETITE PANTS - the rise in your pants is for someone about 5'8"-10". Not to mention the length. We can hem skirts and dresses - even blouse sleeves - at least those that don't have all their detail at the bottom. You also put the buttons too close to the bottom of the sleeve on jackets, making them almost impossible to shorten without losing detail. And very costly to do. We would be even better customers if more of your styles worked for shorter women.

I have been a huge fan of Me+EM for a few years. I love the style and quality they provide. However, I have always struggled with the length of the sleeves and trousers.... I'm 5"7 so not particularly short. I almost always have to adjust the trousers, but sadly I hardly ever succeed with long sleeve tops as the beautiful detailing is usually at the cuff, which I would have to cut off. I agree with other reviewers, that recently the sizing and some of the fabrics have not been up to the usual standard. Happy days is to see a VIP preview message in my inbox.

We have been taking on customer feedback in catering for the petite customer, and have recently released more items in shorter lengths, of which you can find by searching 'short length' on our website https://www.meandem.com/search?q=short%20length We have also made a lot of our sleeves adjustable by having elasticated features at the cuffs, and elasticated features on some blouses part way up the arm, so this can be lifted without affecting the look of the garment. Usually delivery to Australia takes a bit longer. I love the long lengths as I am tall especially the maxi dresses. The last couple of seasons have not had such a good selection of dresses or tops as I like the zip neckline and long sleeves even in the summer, dresses seem more fitted recently. Please bring them back. Loving the trousers and extending the sizes to 18, thank you.

Have been a fan of ME+EM for a few years now and have many pieces. I love the quality of the products: the cut, the fabric, the way the items hang. Contemporary without being trendy. Definite investment pieces for me. I also appreciate that it's fairly easy to blend pieces from a couple of years ago into current offerings--very few lines have that kind of flexibility. Love the offerings for underpinnings with thoughtful details: lace around the collar; buttons to show under a sweater or blazer. The new swimwear is spot-on. I also appreciate that different pants styles for suits come in a few different cuts and lengths--that's important. Two things I wish would evolve: first, too many ruffles on dresses and tops. A few pieces like that would be great, but prairie tops are harder to pair with blazers and sweaters. Dresses with ruffles on the bottom don't always work for petite women, and I'm not an 8-year-old going to a birthday party. A few more sophisticated cuts for dresses would be great. Second, it seems that the clothes are made for taller women, so several times I've had to return items because it's just too much fabric on my 5'4" frame, and altering or shortening would ruin the line of the garment. Overall, I *love* the brand and will be shopping here for years to come!

I've long admired your clothing line and recently ordered a few items to try. The quality was wonderful though the sizes I selected didn't quite fit. Packaging and very quick delivery was also a huge plus. The return process (free!!) was very easy at first though I'm still waiting on a refund. I will likely wait a bit before ordering again until returning becomes a bit more seamless or hope to get to NY to buy in person.

Gorgeous, high quality clothes. As I am a new US customer, I hate the shipping fees... I didn't know my size and ordered a few items. Those that didn't fit I returned versus ordering another size to try - it's not worth the shipping and return charges. Free shipping/returns/exchange would encourage more customers to try ME+EM. Knowing that there are now US stores, I would anticipate shipping and returns costs could be reduced.

I love the clothes and have been buying them in the UK for some time. My biggest, really only, issue is that the clothes are 25-30% more expensive in the US. It really bothers me and I have bought much less of your brand as a result. Rather than having your customers finance your US expansion, why not get an investor. Or more investors.

I agree with previous reviewers who say that they enjoy ME+EM clothing: it's good quality and fashionable without being too trendy. Love the long dresses, suiting, and sweaters. But some of it is too garish and girly for me, especially the puffed sleeves which I don't like at all. But the more sophisticated items are very appealing and well done. Refunds are easy when I order online, as I just take the item I'd like to return into my local store.

I love the cut, style and fabrics of Me&em suits. If I had one complaint it would be that there are too many pastel shades and the dresses are either too floral and girly or in garish primary colours.

I am a massive fan of the Me + Em. The design and tailoring is beautiful. Every garment I have purchased I wear on repeat. The items manage to flatter and I always feel great / confident wearing them. For me personally I like the slightly oversized fit. I think this is what makes the items fit/flatter the figure However I do have to say that I have found customer service for online purchases to not match my expectations of such a great brand A friend purchased a knitwear item for me last August which within wearing once holes appeared. I contacted customer service who told me this was my fault. When I responded I was offered a small percentage discount not even a return / refund. I accepted the refund and then it was never paid. I chased this up twice and never got any response. As much as I love the brand i was really disappointed by this. I am sad to have to use this feedback as an opportunity to be heard but I got no response from directly contacted customer service. Thank you
