“ME+EM clothes are beautiful, great quality and with just enough of a twist on classic pieces to make them eye catching. I always get so many compliments on my ME+EM pieces. I’ve also found customer service to be lovely and the free shipping on returns allows me to take risks and try new things.”

“I found the first express delivery to be very quick and it arrived beautifully packaged. Unfortunately in my case the dresses did not suit my shape and I returned. The return process was very simple and stress free. Would definitely order again.”

“The clothes I have purchased are uniformly well made with exceptionally good detailing and beautiful fabrics. Fortunately, the size profiles seem made for me, so the fit are perfect without alterations. Prices are, for me, at the upper end of what I spend, but given the quality and fit, I'm satisfied that the clothes are going to go the distance. I have had no customer service issues. The packaging has worked well for me--no issues with the black boxes. I've returned only one item, and I will agree that other companies have sleeker return systems--the ones where the items are inspected at point of return are especially nice, because the refund arrives within a day. ME+EM's refund turn around could be quicker, but it's not unusually extended in my experience.”

“I keep coming back because I think the quality of the garments is good - the cut, the material, the styling. The price is at the high end of what id usually spend, but knowing the quality reflects this is positive. Delivery is prompt, no quibble refunds.”

“I have experienced the mission - that a great deal of thought goes into each piece. At the price point, it needs to be worth it - something I will wear forever. However oddly not much thought has gone into the black boxes used to ship. They fall apart! 100% of the time. I recommend investing in boxes that are more durable.”

“Love the colour combinations, style and cut of the clothes. I order online and find the sizing very consistent which means I never have to return items due to fit. The online shopping is very easy to use and inspiring, making it far too easy to buy loads of fabulous outfits! The addition of a “wish list” function would ideal.”
