“I love the Me and Em look. I have several of their shirts/blouses and I love them. At , just, 5 ft 4 I wish they offered different lengths in trousers. I do have one negative - my experiences with the staff at the Marylebone shop has often been poor. I find many of them curt and unfriendly - as if I the customer am interrupting the standing around and chatting.”

“I was absolutely thrilled that I somehow stumbled upon Me+Em a few years ago searching the internet for cute blouses. I love this company! I love the quality, the colors, the unique style selection and feel that the price point is good. I wish we had a store in San Diego though, but for now I order online and do not mind the $15.00 shipping fee. The return process is a bit slow, but it never stops me from trying to find clothes that work for me. I am a petite 5'3, so many of the dresses (maxi) are way too long, so I would love to see more dresses in petite sizes. My favorite is purchasing the crop pants because they are a perfect length for me (no alterations required). Hoping to return to London this year so I can experience the clothes in a beautiful boutique setting like I did last year!”

“Since shopping with ME+EM I have found their customer service excellent, returns and delivery easy and if any queries they are quickly dealt with. The clothing is of good quality mostly with detail and unique design features on some of the clothing. Pricing has increased so I hope they don't continue and price themselves out of the market place into high end designer brand levels. T shirts could be of a thicker material as the slub cotton finish can be thin on the white items. Trousers come up long and all the wide leg trousers I have bought I have had to have altered, a regular length would be a great option as the trousers/jeans seem designed for someone very tall. When items go into the sale they are a good price for the quality. Some items are pricey otherwise but this clothing is going to give you staple items you will have for some time. Colours are brilliant and the way they are demonstrated together at times opens up your wardrobe to putting items you perhaps wouldn't`t have considered before which I have found for myself. I absolutely love the clothes. Shoes and boots are very expensive. The items are very well packaged and come in strong cardboard boxes that are easily reusable for returning unwanted items. The returns forms are included within the parcel along with the returns label so very easy and not complicated and is returned via Royal Mail. One suggestion I would make is to include the price on the invoice that is included with the delivery otherwise happy with ME+EM.”

“Beautiful clothes and great service. Being 5’ 11” the deep hems are great for lengthening and much needed. Would be great to have options of longer sleeved tops and jackets. Only ever buy trousers as tops are not a good fit/shape for me.”

“ME & EM is one of my top go-to companies for clothing. Their fabrics and construction are excellent. The styles are always cool without being trendy. I feel I can wear them season after season without looking outdated so the money spent seems like a good value. I am in the US and the shipping is always very fast - generally faster than anything sent within the US makes it to me. The return process is quite slow, but I know that I just have to be a bit patient. I LOVE that actual garment measurements are available for everything. It makes it so much easier to get the right size. My only complaint is that so many of the styles are made for/look best on quite tall people. I am only 5' 1" so I can't even entertain wearing many of their items. But the ones that do work for me, I love.”

“I love the cut, designs, fabrics that ME+EM use. When wearing their clothes I feel fantastic! The pockets are extremely well designed in all garments. Sadly a lot of the dresses/skirts cater for tall people, please try and accommodate those who are 5' 0" to 5' 4" - on top of spending out on the outfit I then have to spend out on alterations. Customer Service is amazing. Delivery, returns and refunds are all processed with efficiency and care. My only issue is pricing, you are starting to creep up each season and are becoming a little too expensive which is a real shame.”

“The quality ;style and classic cut enables me to "stand apart "from colleagues every day I wear me and em . Every season each piece is created to build on previous seasonal favourites . From the deep pockets in the dresses to the perfect flare of trousers whilst still flattering waistline /..I simply feel empowered,feminine and bang on trend .. I now only shop with me and em . “I love the clothing. I have ordered dresses, blazers, and tops. The slight puff shoulder on the blazers and shorter arm length are fantastic. A helpful addition would be more detailed product descriptions. I would appreciate inseam and rise measurements for pants, lengths for tops and shaft heights for boots. It would be helpful in understanding the item and reduce the need to return.”
