I treat myself once a year to ME+EM clothes, this year it was shorts and white shirt. The sizing is spot on. I have dresses that are 3 years old that I still wear as their quality , unique and flattering designs are great to wear.

Love the clothes only problem I have is the length too long for me so always have to get shortened. I am 59 and love being on trend. When you get older your shape changes so I love a pull on trouser.

I received an email with code for 15% discount I was excited. I’d ordered something once for my daughter for Christmas but can’t really afford for me. I would like to buy everything because it’s all so beautiful and such good quality. So I decided with 15% I can order a few things. When I went to checkout (online) I couldn’t see code for applying the 15%. But in my haste (and tbh to get my mitts on the beautiful things I’d ordered) I paid. But I was cross with myself for acting in haste. So I ordered again, just one item, at a third of the cost of original order. And I successfully applied the 15%. I tried calling customer care but obviously on Sunday no one manning the phones . I called today and was absolutely truthful and recognised my error. And asked please amalgamate two orders (done within minutes) and give 15% on both. To my surprise she said NO. I was genuinely surprised. Come on ! Seriously! You want good reviews? You must want people to say: amazing company, amazing, kind, helpful, friendly and obliging staff? I know my mistake, I get it. So let me cancel order and give me new code and I’ll reorder and apply new code …. And she said …. NO! Again! Ok ok I get it. No can do. Bye . End of sorry story.

I love the product range and the quality. Ordering is very straightforward and delivery very quick. The products are on the more expensive side for what I would consider to be primarily staples, and I do sometimes think that some of the colours are quite limited. I have never had to return anything, so cannot comment on the returns / refunds situation; I have been into a store once and was very impressed with the customer service.

All the clothes I have bought from ME+EM have been beautifully designed, with high quality fabrics and all have fitted true to size. Delivery has been problem free, and the one occasion I returned something it was an easy process and my refund was processed really quickly.

I wish that I could comment on my purchases that I have YET TO RECEIVE. Apple Express are the WORST delivery service in the world. I bought the dresses thinking that I would wear them at the Cannes Fillm Festival where I fly to tomorrow night. I am very very disappointed that such will not be the case. Please have your shipping company revisit who they work with as timely delivery is part of the full customer service.

I love the Me+Em clothes that I have brought (on line). The quality is great and the fit excellent BUT I do have to say I ALWAYS have a negative experience in stores I have visited (london). I myself own a retail store and would be disappointed if my customers were treated as I have been at Me+Em. I will keep trying!!

I have always loved me+em and have spent the extra money as I have rated the quality of their products. I at the end of March bought a new dress from them. I can't have worn it more than twice and the slip has broken on both arms. Really disappointing as the dress is nearly £300. I have emailed Me +Em twice on the email it says on contact us on their website. It has not been acknowledged or responded too. I feel very let down. My order number is Order #1011218631 Given how much you spend at ME+EM I would expect their customer service to be top notch. It isn't and they need to consider if they are going to sell at these prices, the quality of the service they are providing, because quite honestly a high street brand provides better responses.

I was a little disappointed in the quality of my purchase. I understand now that some products are manufactured in China while others are not. My dress had loose unfinished threads on every embroidered polka dot and had a strong chemical smell. I ended up returning, the ordering + return process was quite seamless and I know many others have wonderful experiences so not discouraged from trying again but clarify in manufacturing location would be nice, especially for the price of some items.
